I am not sure if this guy is running a smoke shop or a daycare center. He just watches people outside to see where they park with a bunch of kids running around the busy parking lot as well as a smoke shop. After parking in the 10 min parking spot out front (in an open strip mall setting), the owner questioned my disabled friend about parking immediately as we reached the sidewalk. She kindly explained she was disabled and he was continuously argumentative. She kept saying she was well within the law. My friend had a handicap placard, meaning she could legally park in handicap or timed spaces without a limit. I explained the situation whilst him protesting and proclaiming "well, you can walk so you can walk from a different spot". He also yelled at her to repark and followed us. Are you kidding me? In what world does the claimant of a disability placard have to defend walking? We were eating at the next door establishment and ate outside. This man walked over to my vehicle twice writing down the car's information most likely to call the police. They never came because we were legally parked. A bit odd, he had at least 6 young kids, assuming grandchildren, sitting outside in plastic chairs in front of his shop. Is he teaching them to watch for cars while he tends to customers? It's not a great place for the under 12 to hang out alone. Isn't it 18+? I read some reviews about rude behavior here, but now I get it! read more

I recommend Matrix to all my friends because I know they always have the best deals and because when you walk in, you're immediately helped. They can give you recommendations and advice when you're looking for something specifically and they're so friendly! I've been to a lot of different smoke shops in Temec/Murrieta. I've also been through a lot of glass having a crazy cat at home. All the pieces I've bought there have survived numerous falls onto hardwood flooring so needless to say the glass is thick and good quality which is hard to find here. I think this store has reasonable prices and good merchandise. All I will say is if you do have issues don't expect a hasty resolution. I did end up waiting 9 days for a replacement mod when the mod I bought from here stopped working but in the end they did get me a new mod. Personally after my experience I probably would spend my money elsewhere because I didn't feel valued as a customer when I dropped 160$ on different products then had to wait 9 days to even enjoy them because one I was given malfunctioned. But try your luck they do have reasonable prices and a variety of products. read more

They once stayed open past closing time for me because I got off work late and had been trying to get a Phix Kit all week which were sold out everywhere else. The 2 other shops on Temecula Pkwy way more expensive and act super rude as heck. So now I drive a little further to shop Matrix. This place sucks they sell you items from wish.com and sell to you for five times the amount. I bought three types of the same nectar collectors that are cheap and a break and I tell them and they didn't honor accepting back it wasn't even used with the receipt the next day so I'm inviting all my friends not to go and they're not going either tons of people we lost going to that place because these guys did not honor there product....they showed me a smaller one and it had wax in it and the dish so..there smoking on the job..so everyone if you want the same products they sell go to wish.com read more

This place is a joke. Came in last night since it was the only shop open to buy a whole rig setup for my bong and they sold me a torch that barely worked for 5 minutes and it completely melted and broke. What kind of torch ISN'T heat proof??? Like seriously?? Starting to feel like these people could care less if the product you buy is faulty because why else would you sell it to me in the first place especially after I asked for the best torch they carried?? And it was $10!! What a complete waste... Go to Glass Warehouse. MUCH better product at cheaper prices. And they actually know what they're talking about. read more

Other smoke shops have lower prices for the same products elsewhere. Bought a $80 vape here that didn't work and exchanged it for one that was supposed to be equal value but turns out it is only worth $30 at most. My fault for not looking online first. The Mall in Temecula has the same vape machines and better ones at a lower price range. read more

This place is a joke. I walked in ask for an item that was almost double the price at this location so I asked if they could do any type of discount she said it's not her price it's her bosses so then I decided I'd pay in change that I needed to get rid of. she rebuttals with my change was too dirty for her to accept. I don't know what type of change they have in India but this was regular change with maybe some candle wax on it but money is money period so after going to clean my change on the ground where I saw some water pooling lol. I came back and she was all huffy puffy and said she still wouldn't take it so I just sat there holding up her nonexistent business and rubbed the change with the napkin she gave me until she said it was acceptable but that she wouldn't do it again which, last time I checked she wasn't the boss and didn't make the rules just like she said. so I don't know how she made that call on her own. All in all the prices are to high and the customer service is lacking or non-existent and don't go in there with any type of dirty money because they only accept the dirty clean money. won't be going back there read more

bought a vape and coil kit coils were all bad they replaced one coil and it was bad mind u i went in with a 3 pack like they sell after his replacement was also bad he asked me to get one from my pack it also was bad then he put another of his in my cartrige and it worked i then asked him to replace all the bad carts i had bought sunday and he handed me a box of coils i thought he replaced my 3 pack walking to my car i opened the pack and there was one coil only i went back in the store and asked why there was one coil only he then told me it was my fault the coil was bad i told him he was robbing the consumer and he needed to make it right... he then told me i better leave before something bad happends i left to his whole family screaming f--- you and taking pictures of my car while i called the police... this place is a joke do not buy from them there is a vape store right next door that treats u right ill never make this mistake again if i could i would give -100 stars read more
