Dude sold me some mushroom chocolates that looked a little funky upon opening them. The chocolates had a white cast on them, but since there was no expiration date on the packaging I took them anyway assuming they wouldn't sell expired chocolates. When they were duds, I went back to the shop to get some kind of refund. Upon entering, he told me that he "just got that shipment" but allowed me to look at the box it came in anyway. They were expired. I asked how much he'd give me for the ones that weren't expired thinking he'd give me a discount. Nope, full price of $40 again. Horrible greedy individuals. Don't come here. This store literally is robbing its new customers along with the ones they already have. They literally wanted to charge me $55 for the Smok Novo2 kit when I got my previous pen for $35. I had lost my pen recently and needed another one ASAP.. I called several different location to check their prices on it and Vishions is the only place around here that is literally over pricing their product. The girl who claimed to be the manager was extremely rude when I called to double check if the device had a wattage changer or not. It is a family owned business and they take care of their customers which is a big deal to me. They had a good selection of glass and at reasonable prices. Bought a cbd cart had crack in it and they told me they couldn't return it becuase they couldn't sell it like that I told them obviously it has a crack in it and they proceeded to tell me that the manufacturer wouldn't accept it back. I've been coming to Vishions for a few years and always had great service, but today the service was retarded! I purchased a defective battery charger for my pen a few days ago and went in today to get it exchanged for one that worked. The employee started whining about losing money on it and that he should be charging me to exchange it. Why should a customer have to pay for something that is defective? Why should a customer have to listen to whining about the business losing money? How about the customer not being able to use the item that was defective? What about the customers time to go and take the item back? Long of the short, in my opinion that is bad business! If you are willing to lose a customer over a five dollar part that was defective, you did a great job! read more

My wife and I showed up at 11 to buy a ejuice cartridge and all the signs were lit up saying open but the doors were locked with no sign saying that they had just stepped out. I waited in my wheelchair in the sun for 15 minutes waiting for someone to show up and watched about 5 customers come and go because they didn't want to wait. When the guy finally showed up with his bag of fast food I got no apologies for the inconvenience and when I told him the amount of customers he lost because of his little "break" I got a yeah whatever attitude. The packaging says not for human consumption, yet you know darn well what people are buying it for!!!! My Son has been to the emergency room twice now from smoking it, once not even knowing he went in an ambulance because he had blacked out!!!! Shame on you for continuing to sell a product that you know is dangerous & causes severe brain damage!!! Spice needs to be banned, it's made out of chemicals that slowly kill & you people need to stop selling it before others continue to die!!! Bought a vape kit from them that leaked all over. Wouldn't exchange it, wouldn't give me a refund.
