They carry a fantastic selection of cigars and I've never had difficulty finding something I like. I've even managed to find some of the "Feral flying pigs" on a few occasions which aren't the easiest cigars to come by. The gentleman who I'm assuming is the proprietor of this store is always very kind and helpful when I've been in here and has also welcomed my wife when we've had cigars in the shop. The location is fantastic because you can take your cigars to Stone Church next door and sit right in front street, enjoy a cold brew and watch all the cars and motorcycles. The location is actually quite perfect. Olde Town Smoke Shoppe is the best cigar shop in the area and I can't imagine a reason I'd ever need to go elsewhere in Temecula for cigars.

Instead, he immediately began charging each golfer for the cigars and when confronted by the organizers, his response was that he only agreed to give just ONE cigar for the entire tournament. So this scam artist believed that the $1500 package he received was only going to cost him just ONE cigar. Inside, you've got TVs everywhere for whatever you want to watch, plus a pool table, shuffleboard, and plenty of indoor and outdoor spots to post up and relax. We hung out for about three hours, and they even reminded us we could come back later since the day pass covers re-entry. Basically, it's the theme park wristband of cigar lounges. The customer service is next level horrific; the employees especially the men are rude unprofessional and have a projected sense of "you're wasting my time" vibe... Also on one occasion I felt like I was being watched as I was shopping for items in the humidor and upon exciting and to my absolute surprise I realized that I was indeed being watched on a ring like camera streaming to his personal phone. Like don't get me wrong I get that profit margins are close, but this shop and the attitude of said employee's are absolutely horrible. 0/10. I will never go back to that place for any purposes ever again. Find yourself a home shop someplace where they care about the quality of customer service cause this place ain't it nor is it worth the micro-aggression it levie's upon it's customer's is absurd.
