As far as pricing they charge pretty great rates for iPhone screens. For my iPhone 6s+ it was about $170. The customer service was great! Alyssa was so nice and answered all of my questions and concerns, and she was very courteous and approached me immediately. I sat in the waiting area while she was fixing my device and had a complimentary cup of coffee and browsed some of the accessories. The only recommendation I would make is to have a better variety of phone cases for the iPhone 6+. Even the pricing was good on those as well! I have used Genius Repair for over seven devices so far, and fully intend on using him many times in the future. I've had him replace screens on several iPhones, batteries on several iPhones, and just today fixed an Apple Watch face that had come detached. I'm so glad I did. Since I know very little about cell phones (and did not know the screen protector installed was much better than what they used to be), I think I could have easily gotten take by someone who would not be honest and let me know that it was only the screen protector that was broken (hence, an even lower repair cost). I was not only impressed with how fast the service was but the honesty is worth much more so I paid him double just for that. I believe it's the best way to run a business and will HIGHLY recommend Genius Repair Solutions. I found out he also repairs laptops so plan to bring in mine and will review on that later.
