No return of text or phone calls to say he doesn't want to do the job. STAY AWAY you've been warned!! Truly don't believe he's qualified. He made a thorough review of the entire deck and recommended only those areas that needed to be repaired or replaced. This was after he gave the deck an entire power wash to uncover those places that were covered by the dirt and grime that built up over 40+ years. Color wise It looked brand new after he completed that phase. Bottom line ... Eric is very responsible, courteous and very concerned about doing a perfect job. He has many areas of expertise when it comes to repairing, replacing etc any and all projects you may have. In addition his charges for the work I had done was very reasonable. Overall I will not hesitate to call Erichs Handyman Service in the future. As a matter of fact, I have already set up time in the fall to have him return to seal my deck.
