There are 20 signs on the right all the drive up but they can't have one more saying no dumping here or guiding you to the correct location. All this yelling and being particular and then I get to the correct dump spot and someone next to me has his trailer jacked up and are driving backwards and slamming on the brakes to knock the pallets with nails in them out since they were stuck. This guy is 6 feet from my truck parked way too close to me and a pallet with nails lands where I was standing right after I moved. As with most businesses nowadays they are too big and have too much cash and so they can treat you however they want. I mean where else you gonna dump? Place is a joke. Guy who yelled at me wouldn't quit either. I drove up and confronted him before getting to the right spot and gave some words. He had run up on this scaffolding used to unload trucks and he was initially on the ground when yelling at me so the guy is like running away from me. As soon as I started talking to him while he's up in this scaffolding, he tried to be all calm and nice until I started to get nasty saying you don't need to be swearing at me etc. ended up telling me to go up, drop off my stuff, and get the eff outta here. That's how this guys talking to customers. He was overweight and pathetic as you'd expect.

They are always up-to-date on their webpage if they're running late with service for whatever reason. They have these awesome locks that you can get added to your receptacle, why they are $10 apiece, I do not understand as I feel this should be a standard for Flagstaff due to how windy we are. The reason this is not a five star review is because on breezy or windy days, some items don't make it into the truck at pick up, and the driver doesn't go out and grab it like our previous provider did. Our neighbors across the street say the same thing! Our previous provider always gave dog treats to our dogs, and when I contacted Carrie to switch service, she said they did the same but we've never seen it and now it's to the point where the dogs don't even care when they see the JT truck pulling up. When they see our old providers truck, they come running, and they still have the same driver and he always stops at our house to give treats to our pups! Regardless of that, if you are not with a local company for your trash service, it's time to switch!

I thought that effort was above and beyond what I would expect from anyone. I highly recommend JT waste.
