Dr. Cilderman is by far one of the very best dentists in all of Orange County. I had an issue with one of my molar roots and had overwhelming sharp pain late on a Saturday evening. I had been referred to him via my Mom and decided to contact him to let him know of my emergency. The very next morning (on Sunday mind you) my girlfriend and I had ventured over to his office after receiving no sleep. Dr. Cilderman and his assistant promptly went over the issue and options to resolve the issue with me. We then agreed to kill the infection and get a temporary filling until I could get a proper root canal via an endodontist. I couldn't recommend Dr. Cilderman enough, he is a great and kind doctor and will try to provide you with the best care and solutions to your problems as possible. read more

They have always made our family feel comfortable whether it's cleanings or more intense procedures like my recent crown. We love our hygienist Alisa, but I have to say that everyone in the office is warm, friendly, and welcoming. I always feel like I'm catching up with family when I come in for an appointment. I have had crappy denists all my life. I thought they were all alike. Most try to upsell you on worthless procedures, most run you in and out, and only care about payment. Well my view has changed. Matt is a special human being who is very personal, professional, and should be the standard that all other denists should strive to be. I was very stressed when my dentist retired but I can confidently say that Dr. Cilderman is part of the family now!!! His use of technology is great too, in my last visit when I needed a root canal he showed me on his iPad what he was going to do and it really helped to calm what little anxiety I had. I brought my kids in for fillings today and one is 3 and one is 7 and everyone that helped them were great!!!! My 3 year old daughter was a little scared but Dr. Cilderman knew exactly what to do!!! She was scared and nervous after he numbed her up so he came in with a coloring book and talked her down. My first experience with this place was about a year ago, when I came in for a cleaning and check-up. Dr. Cilderman was very helpful and his bedside manner (if that's what you call it in dentistry?) was very good. He even called me personally the night before my appointment to chat with me about any questions/concerns I had! I was absolutely shocked. Definitely not something I'm used to from a dentist! My appointment went great, even though I found out I had a cavity (first cavity I've ever had!) Dr. Cilderman and his staff are very helpful and friendly, and they do a great job. Highly recommended, excellent staff and personal service from Dr. C I had the same dentist for 30 years but he eventually retired and for the first time in my life I had to shop around for a new dentist. I saw all of the reviews for dr. C on Yelp and decided to give his office a try, man did I get lucky finding him! This is an old-fashioned personal dentist rather than a conglomerate of random dentists meaning you get personalized care with a focus on building a long term relationship. When it comes to dental care this is the only way to go IMHO. Dr. Cildermann and his staff were very welcoming and friendly. They did an amazing job on our cleanings as well as educated us on how we can improve our daily habits. They also suggested that I needed a mouth guard since I grind my teeth while I sleep but were not at all pushy about having to purchase it right away. I started coming over 20 years ago as a kid back when it was with Dr Burnham. I drive from Chino Hills and when Dr Cilderman took over, I thought maybe It was time to find a place closer to home. I'm glad I've stayed. It is totally worth the drive. Dr Cilderman is an excellent dentist and has always been friendly when i see him during my routine cleanings. Very expensive! The price of a cleaning with X-rays is $311... I've only ever been to one other dentist (my long time family dentist) who charges about half of this price. Other than the fact that it is just too over priced, the office staff are very nice and knowledgeable. I wish it was more reasonable. read more

What a fantastic dentist! After having had numerous bad experiences with dentists in the past I feel like I have finally found a keeper. Dr. Cilderman's practice is professional, spotless, and friendly...those are things that I expect from any dental office but this one lives up to it. When I say professional I mean that my appointment time is honored and my time isn't wasted. Furthermore, I never feel like I am being pressured to purchase some product or another, rather I am informed of choices that I can make an educated decision about. Finally, the actual dental care is top-notch. I just had a crown put in and it was as pain free as it could be. Also my children go to Dr. Cilderman as well. My nine-year-old just had 4 teeth extracted and he was so focused on providing her with the care that she needed. I was surprised at how well she left experience. He is an excellent family dentist. I came in recently as a new patient for a routine cleaning. My hygienist was Rhea, she was awesome! I had slight staining on my bottom teeth from tea/coffee and wine of course, and I wish I had before and after photos, what a difference! She was able to get rid of almost all the stains! The office staff was kind and helpful, and there was no hassle using my insurance. Their office is a little bit of a trek from my house but it's well worth it, I will be sending my fiance here to get a cleaning as well! read more

I felt 0 pain during my root canal & massive cavity repair next to it.
