He had a beautiful canvas to work with, not sure how you mess that up. My appointment was at 6 pm, they close at 8 pm and he had another appointment scheduled at 7:00 pm. He was in a hurry to get me done and out. Not sure if he was having a bad day but layers is not his specialty! Whoever recommended him, needs to be fired! However, after that initial booking, I will never book anywhere else. All of the ladies working at Swoon are super nice and welcoming. You are greeted as soon as you walk in the door and they even offered a glass of wine! I think my favorite thing about this new space is that their hair washing bowls are actually comfortable. You don't feel like your neck is being strained at all. You can just sit back and relax into the hair wash. Also, the products they use smell absolutely divine. I can't help but keep smelling my hair after I leave! I also super appreciate Nicole and her service. I have scalp psoriasis and it can be embarrassing when you go to get your hair done.
