They were there on time, dressed professionally, and had the food ready to serve when it was supposed to be. I spent some time in the kitchen, and watched as the prepped, and everything was clean and sanitary. Sean did pull a menu item that he said couldn't be properly prepared in the kitchen facility we had available. There was still more than enough food, so none of the guests ever knew. I really appreciated his honesty in doing that-now people walked away saying how amazing the food was, and not talking about that "one thing that didn't work". For me, that makes this a positive, not a negative. Big props also go to his staff-we had an ice cream sundae bar as well, and the person who was hired to serve didn't make it. His folks stepped up and made sure that part went off without a hitch. I would trust this man and his staff to cater any event I had. Shodan showed up and got everything dialed in right on time for our event.
