Last year, my fiancee' and I purchased a new dishwasher that could not be installed by the seller, home depot, because the installation was on an island. We then called two other SLC plumbers to install the unit only to find that it would require both an electrician and a plumber. Anxious about not knowing who to trust or where to go, in combination with the unexpected expense of needing both a plumber and an electrician after a steep purchase on the dishwasher we were hesitant about how to move forward.
