Continued: 6/13/26 Hello, I need to be very clear that this is not general feedback. This is an unresolved warranty and service failure. We purchased our furniture in April, and it is already breaking. We paid for a protection plan and scheduled a repair appointment for Thursday, June 11 between 6-8pm. No one arrived, and we received no call, text, or explanation. We then went to the store in person on Friday, June 12 to speak with the manager. She confirmed she had no ability to resolve the issue beyond offering apologies. At this point, the situation is unacceptable. We have paid for a product and a service plan that are not being honored, and we are now left with damaged furniture and no completed service visit. This needs to be escalated immediately to someone with authority to resolve it. We are requesting one of the following within a specific timeframe: * replacement of the defective parts or furniture, or * another concrete resolution under the protection plan. I understood and accepted that the store would only offer store credit, so I returned to exchange the table. However, the customer service was extremely disappointing. The staff was unwelcoming and unhelpful throughout the process. I selected another table and was told I needed to pay an additional $200, which I was fine with. However, they also required me to pay an additional delivery fee, even though the exchange was due to a defective product. They were already coming to my home to pick up the old table, so it was unclear why the new table could not be delivered at the same time. When I came back the next day to proceed with the exchange, I was given a different price again, now being asked to pay $365 more. This inconsistency was frustrating and unprofessional. I accepted the amount because I just wanted to get it over with because I no longer wanted to deal with this business. I don't want they kept my credit. I truly hope the replacement table has no issues so I won't need to contact them again. Btw thankfully , we did not purchase a sofa here, even though we liked one in the store. Based on this experience, I do not recommend this business. I wrote this review after getting out the store because I was really mad .

Sandy Z I went in during Veterans Day weekend and met Tony the manager. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He showed me several mattresses and then a Serta mattress that he highly recommended for us. He explained all the various mattresses and price ranges. I brought my husband back in to try out two Serta mattresses and chose one. Tony gave us a really great deal and the mattress is being delivered today. His prices are very good and his service was wonderful. We are both seniors and he treated us with great respect and didn't do the hard sell on us. The store itself is well laid out and stylish. We were immediately greeted by Mike. He was super patient with helping us decide what design and other customization we would like for the couch. I appreciated that the store had every type of cushion firmness available for us to try for the seat and back. Also, other customization options were in the store for us to try out so we could make a truly educated decision to determine whether or not we would purchase the couch. At the time of purchase, Love Sac was offering a 30% discount with an additional 5% discount given to individuals who are in the military, are a teacher, and are a healthcare professional. Furthermore, they had a credit card with 24 months of 0% financing The discount and financing option was helpful, because these couches are not cheap! We received our couch within a week in A LOT of boxes. If you decide to purchase, I recommend watching the YouTube videos that teach you how to open the packages and how to put the couch together. It's easier to watch the videos than try to figure it out for yourself. Total time to put our couch together was about 4 hours. Large windows in front for lots of natural light. Display furniture tastefully placed and not crowded. A bit on the smaller side because anything you purchase will be ordered and delivered through FedEx. PRICE: $$$$ $400-$600 PER SEAT depending on the cover, cushion, storage option and pillow. We got 5 seats (3 storage) and 2 storage ottomans for about $6500 AFTER a 25% promotional discount! LAYOUT: You choose the layout for your couch setup. This is truly amazing. Seats even change orientation so that some can be wider or deeper seats. They're connected by a "shoe" which is a wooden block weigh holes for the leg pegs and slowed the couch to be connected as "one piece." CUSHIONS & COVERS: There are 3 choices for firmness. Firm, regular and soft. There are several choices for couch covers based on color and texture. Some are better for pet owners. STORAGE SEATS: Make any seat or ottoman a storage seat. The seat cushions are attached by Velcro to a flat piece that acts as the hard surface the cushions sit on and the storage top. The entire cushion and under piece come off when you want to access the storage unit. TABLES: They have tables that sit on top of and hug the cushions. Two of them side by side will cover an entire cushion for a more full table. You can choose between 3 colors of wood. A dark, medium or light. EXCHANGES: You can exchange any part of the couch such as cushions for a different firmness or regular seats for storage seats. However, you must send back that piece of your couch BEFORE they can get you a replacement and sending it back is on you. You can return the couch within 60 days for a money back guarantee. EXPERIENCE: I walked into this place with my partner to look at a customizable couch. We were welcomed in and shown around the store. We were assisted by Cristian who helped us build out our couch with a block model set. We tested out cushions on their display couch and decided on the firmest cushion which felt like the best option for our needs. We decided on 5 seats (3 storage) and 2 storage ottomans. Then we looked at covers and were told about the different materials that were better and worse for pet owners. We got the charcoal gray with the dog friendly material and two dark wood tables. It took about 2 weeks for our couch to arrive. It came in a lot of boxes. A single box for each seat bottom, side, back, cushion and pillow. Then a box for each table and all of the shoes and links. Oh, and the covers had their own box. The covers where a bit difficult to put on because they were so tight fitting with little to no stretch. Much more difficult than those videos made it seem. Once we finally set up our couch, it looked gorgeous. Then we sat down and wow! I didn't know it was legal to make a couch cushion that firm. It was like sitting on a cushioned bench. And it felt COMPLETELY DIFFERENT than the furthest cushion at the store. This was 2 levels of firmness above that. It literally hurt my partner's back when she say on it longer than 20 minutes. Then we tried the corner storage seat knowing it would be the most difficult to reach. After removing both very large couch backing pillows and placing them aside (which which is absolutely necessary in order to even get to the cushion top) you have to then remove the couch cushion. You can try to tilt it, but it'll just slide into the storage unit itself. Once you've retrieved your stored item, you then must slide the cushion back on top of the storage bottom which had to be the most difficult part of the process if you can believe that. But they don't just lie down into their fitting. My girlfriend is 5'2" and she can barely lift the seat off let alone adjust it to seat properly. I'm 6'4"and even I struggled to place it properly. Accessing the storage unit shouldn't feel like deconstruction and reconstructing hair of the couch and shouldn't take 3 to 5 minutes to accomplish. So of course we want to trade out the storage seats and the firm cushions for something softer which we were told was incredibly easy. But this is a lie. First, we called the number for an exchange. They told us to package up the couch as we received it, then ship it to them via FedEx, then it'll be 2 weeks without the pieces, oh and $150 MORE PER SEAT!! That's when we decided right there in the phone that we'll not exchange anything and we'll send it all back. She said she could sent us some boxes of we were in need of some and just package everything as stated before and once they receive the pieces, then we can get our complete refund.
