Was told by the project manager Jack Cunningham at Magnicolor in Newport News, VA that it wouldn't be a problem, after being asked about the year, make, model of the vehicle with some other questions about my desires for the project outcome such as shade of tint for each of the lights, ect. I was asked to put a 25% down payment on the install to secure my appointment slot for 11/29/2023. I did so with my American Express, in the total amount of $115.75 with the remaining balance to be paid upon installation. During my appointment on 11/29/2023 while the car was in the shop, I was asked by Jack Cunningham if I had previously had the car ceramic coated, to which I replied "yes". He said it can be difficult for them to get proper adhesion of the tint, and asked my permission to try and remove the previous ceramic coat. I said sure, not a problem. He came back minutes later saying that they can't get it off, and that I'd have to take the car back to the company that first installed it to have it removed, then return to them on a different day. This is unacceptable. I simply asked for a refund of my deposit, as no actual work had been completed towards the agreed upon installation, and was told no by Jack Cunningham. He stated that I as the customer should have known that ceramic coating causes issues during their process. I stated to him that he is the industry professional, and should be asking questions like that during the intake process with each of their customers. The business made no attempt to resolve the issue with my refund, simply told me 'good luck'.

Serkan and Omar did a great job explaining everything and did an awesome job making my vision come to life! We started with 2 step paint correction. They did such a great job making the clear coat look really good and made my paint shine. Then I went with full front clear PPF + ceramic coat. I also had them ceramic coat the rest of the car. I went with 20% ceramic tint on the sides and rear. I went with 70% ceramic tint on the windshield. They even helped remount my dashcam with static stickers. I also had the front bumpers red lip wrapped in matte black PPF + ceramic coated. I had my headlights and the light bar tinted with stek DYNOshadow. I had the taillights tinted with stek DYNOsmoke. They also put on the smoked vinyl I got from badgeskins on the rear bumper reflectors. I had glossy pillar covers attached that I supplied and they ceramic coated them. Last, I had them hit the car with R1 Revive which is the same brand as their ceramic coating. It made the hydrophobicity like day 1 and the paint was so glossy! The car looks so good! They did such a great job! I came all the way from Baltimore to have everything done! They are so nice and knowledgeable! Their prices are great and they really hooked it up! Their shop is so clean and they have a loft with drinks, couches, tv, and PlayStation for you while you wait! They also finished some ceramic coat on the b pillars and the spoiler and fixed a tiny PPF bubble. Omar made quick work of it! They are so awesome at making your vision come to life!
