My family has used Bras and Mattos for over three generations,there simply are not enough good words to describe how much attention to detail and the quality of service that these people provide. The pricing was comparable and actually less expensive than the monument package the cemetery across the street sold me during a very difficult time in my life, but their service is what you can not put a price tag on which in our case has been priceless. When my brother passed it was very unexpected and while my parents were in another state handling issues, I came home and went to the cemetery to handle the arrangements and I did not know about my family using Bras and Mattos at the time I made the mistake and let the cemetery handle the monument for my brothers grave site. After four months of back and forth phone calls and emails (some unanswered) and price changes that were drastically different from what was originally sold I requested a refund from the cemetery for the costs of the monument only and went across the street to Bras and Mattos where my family has been getting quality service for more than forty years. Bobby, and his crew strive to provide excellent customer service, from the very first time I walked in to talk with them about my brothers monument all the way to now (five years down the road) when there was an issue that occurred. I called Bobby and he set an appointment to meet me at the cemetery the following morning and take care of the issues and he even went above and beyond and provided a much needed cleaning of the monument at no charge.
