Went to the store a second time to ask for estimated delivery date and it keeps getting I pushed back. Front desk clerk stated that pick up is worse and more of a headache and I would not want to go that route. So I am waiting another week for the delivery or I am getting a full refund. (Star Furniture let us know the day we purchased the furniture if the pieces were available for pick up and no guessing for delivery dates)

I get a call the next day that they didn't mark the pillows correctly, and I needed to bring them back to the store. Okay, everyone makes mistakes. I go, and they "fix it". I'm at the grocery store when I get another call saying they still haven't fixed their mistake and to come back. What the heck? I asked if it was necessary, and they said yes. Whatever. Free pillows. One more trip. The day of delivery, we received the wrong pull out sofa (we got one that didn't pull out into a bed- which was the #1 thing we wanted as we have family visit often), the wrong Tempur-Pedic mattress, and the wrong bedframe. How? How is more than half of our order wrong? Getting the whole ordeal sorted took a month, and the communication with the manager was awful. We tried to speak to someone else only to be told rudely that no one else can help us. Now, fast forward to three years later- Someone at that store placed an order under OUR address and name that we neither paid for nor ordered. I have waited over an hour on the phone to even speak to someone at the store because the line goes directly to some third party elsewhere. Now I'm being told I cannot be connected to the store. THE STORE HAS NO REAL NUMBER! What is wrong with these people? What is with all of the absolute incompetence? While we're happy with our items, everyone in this freaking store is literally the worst. Do not purchase from here. The warnings are everywhere on Yelp, and my biggest regret is going to this specific store. Go here if you want almost everything you ordered to be wrong, extremely high pressure sales (which we expected), and random orders placed under your account YEARS later.

Luckily before we headed out the door we saw their ad on our mail pile and decided to check out their sale. We have ZERO regrets on going to this store. I simply cannot tell you how helpful, sweet, knowledgeable and just overall GENUINE Lina is. She explained everything to us and helped us make the right decision, all without pressuring us. We felt so comfortable dealing with her and we trusted her. We had a great experience and I feel very confident about our final decision. To my understanding, Lina isn't always there but if I were you, I would hunt her down and go in when she's there. If she is busy with someone else, please wait, it will be worth your time if you are serious about purchasing a new awesome mattress. Upon entering the store he greeted my fiancée, my daughter and I with the most warmest welcome. Made us feel comfortable like we were at home. He told us about the different mattress they had, the pricing and at the same time making my daughters laugh which is very hard to do. Long story short we purchased a seally mattress for a great price thanks to David. I will be returning when it comes time to buy a new mattress. David is awesome wonderful people skill and great personality. Everything you want when buying something that's your going to use everyday for years to come.

Mattress delivered but no pillows. 2 weeks, many phone calls and many promises of pillow shipment and delivery later we were told the pillows were discontinued. Coincidentally a co-worker who referred me to this store experienced the exact same problem, but with a different pillow model. 2 more weeks of calls and I have finally gotten my money refunded. Great salesperson at time of sale - unfortunately that's where the customer service ended. Mo (salesperson) offered no help in rectifying the situation. I would not buy or recommend this chain to anyone - there are comparable prices out there where service is understood and delivered - not here.

I purchased a cologne from one location and needed to return it to a different location. I visited this location which was full of staff and every counter had someone available to help me but I was literally told to go to a different counter after speaking to about 3-4 people until someone told me to go upstairs into the men's section to make the return. I hope they create a better system for returns because I should have been directed to customer service or even just been assisted by anyone to make a return. Needless to say, I have been discouraged on making purchases from Macy's since their return process is so time consuming and difficult.

I gave up on having it emailed as it was always a no show. The labels eventually showed up in the mail but were for drop off only so I had to take to the UPS store or pay for pickup. Had to figure out how to get a tall box into my small car. The other part was left without a box so when I got to the UPS office, the agent said I needed a box. I purchased one for $6.27. I notified Sleep Number to reimburse me.
