I love working with Bruce Siasi and his team at Carpet and Mattress Express. My parents were long time customers and that is how I came to know Bruce. Bruce treated my parents like family, even storing carpets for my parent's annual Christmas parties that were used to transform their carport into extra party space; Bruce went way beyond good customer service. Since purchasing my home I've had one wonderful experience after another as his teams have changed every floor in the house. First laminate in the basement. Then hardwoods in the living room, dining room and kitchen. Then more hardwood upstairs in the hallway and master bedroom, and exquisite wool carpeting up and down the stairs. Each group of installers were true craftsmen. They were on time, friendly and clean; so easy to work with and had good suggestions. Now I am preparing my parents' house for sale and have turned to Bruce and Carpet and Mattress Express once again. Bruce was able to schedule his teams to accommodate painters and other trades. Mattress and Carpet Express wasn't our first choice for doing the flooring in our basement.... but that was simply because we didn't know about them. The "current" choice shocked me at their pricing and off-hand attitude during its estimate; plus the price they quoted wasn't even going to be the real one -- "well it depends on which product you wind up with, this is only sort of a ball-park." Needless to say that approach didn't sit well with me, so lo and behold! over there close by was this place called Mattress and Carpet Express, so I went into there and had a really good discussion with Arian and his father on our project, colors and types of products. And even more, when I came back with the wife to settle on colors and details, she was also very happy with their knowledge and expertise. They were even able to get us a great deal on the tile for the new bathroom so we were off to the races. I am EXTREMELY pleased with the customer service we received from Mattress and Carpet Express. We went to several different flooring stores and received quotes and Bruce gave us the lowest price for better quality flooring than we were originally shopping for, as well as and education in the difference. If he doesn't have what you're looking for in his store he will do his best to find it and order it for you. He also put a rush on our order so that we could have it installed before Thanksgiving as we requested. As soon as we walked in the door, Arian greeted us warmly and guided us to the kind of laminate flooring and carpet we were looking for. He came out to our house to measure for carpeting and was kind enough to bring all the samples we were interested in. Arian is extremely knowledgeable and responsive to our questions and scheduling for installation. We had just finished a major kitchen renovation and in doing so our wood floors in the dining room and living room looked tired and shabby. We contacted Bruce at Mattress and Carpet Express and talk to him about replacing the floor. He informed us that the floors were in very good shape they just needed to be refinished. This was a lot less expensive than having all new floors put in. The staff came in and did a beautiful job of sanding and refinishing the floors. I could not believe the difference in the way the floors looked and how beautiful they were. The work was impeccable. I would highly recommend their services from this company. We had three services done: hardwood installed in three rooms; existing hardwoods in our entry way, family room and steps refinished/stained to match the new floors; and luxury vinyl installed in kitchen and mudroom. I recently replaced carpet for my in-home studio and Arian was a great help to me on making a decision of which type and color of carpet to use. I was completely satisfied with the product and the installation and I love my new floors! I also added a wood floor to a guest room to match existing 9 year old wood floors in adjacent areas. I recently had them replace the carpeting in my townhouse with 5" natural oak planks on the main level, and in the hallway upstairs. Arian was great to work with. He was patient and courteous as we went through our planning process. He has a great designers eye for what works and doesn't work for your space. His prices were very competitive for the quality product we purchased. We decided on a luxury vinyl plank (LVP) for 700 sq ft.
