Got our LVP floor over 6 months ago, and still love it. Looks even better than we expected, and doesn't show any wear at all. We took a long time shopping and bringing home samples, and even got samples of brands they don't normally carry (we ended up going with one of those), and they were very patient throughout the whole process. We recently bought a house and had the entire first floor, stairs and bannisters resanded and stained by Capital Carpet Gallery. I could not be happier with the job that they did! Everything looks amazing!! They were the only company out of everyone we hired to do work on our house (ie painters, electrician, etc) that actually did the work in the time frame promised. Great experience! After an initial visit to the store and choosing of the wall-to-wall carpeting for a living room, dining room, stairs and hallway, Rod came to our home, gave us warranty information and other valuable information regarding the carpeting (such as what kind of vacuum cleaners are not recommended for the carpeting) and did the measuring and estimating on the spot. Very efficient! When the carpeting came in, he accommodated our schedule due to painting of the area and then called to confirm the date as it approached. The guys who installed the carpeting were first-rate, moving the remaining large pieces of furniture from the area and doing a beautiful job of installing the carpeting and hiding any seams (a big plus in a large area). They vacuumed as each area was done and then moved the same large pieces of furniture back to where they were. Rod also had different men install pre-laminated wood over existing wood near the front door to create a small entry-way before the carpeting was installed. The wood planks and carpeting came together beautifully and we are very pleased with how everything turned out. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rod and his crew(s). read more

Very happy with how our hard wood floors turned out. We went with a Maple with an Umbria finish from Mirage. I requested a particular type of floor register and the owner was able to fulfill our request. The crew that laid the floor was very professional and responsive to our requests to make sure there were no squeaky floors, etc. We had a few small concerns after the installation and they came back and fixed them, even after we had already paid. Their price beat out everyone else. My only negative comment is that the showroom is poorly organized and makes it difficult to find things. There was a lot of searching for this/that. But, if you already know what you want, this is a good place to get a quote, their crew does nice work and they are very responsive to requests/concerns. read more

Poor quality carpet installed, got major waves in carpet after 3-4 months and carpets looked worn out right away. Rod did not stand behind the product, but rather sent out a rep from Shaw to our residence to inspect the carpet, who of course found in favor of Shaw carpet, a few years have passed since install and I've installed wood in the main level of our house, but the bedrooms still have poor quality carpet from this store, I have gone multiple times and emailed as well to at least have his installers come out and fix the waves/ripples in the carpet with no response. Rod seems nice when making the sale but really won't stand behind his product. read more

When my basement flooded their team was here in a few hours. They carefully checked the extent of the water damage as they pulled up the wood laminate to let it start drying out. The owner came to measure for replacement flooring so he can replace it as soon as the floor is dry. Wow! They have previously done a beautiful job on our kitchen and bathroom installs and on all the bedroom and hall carpeting.
