I don't understand how one could miss so much. The bathroom smells like urine now. It's very hard to believe this company has such a high rating. I guess you have to be home and watch the team work for them to be respectful of your home. I'm disgusted.

There was also a very nice lady (sorry I can't remember your name) from their team who called to remind us of our upcoming installation and answer any questions I might have. She was also very easy to talk to and professional. It's day and night difference in how Clawes Carpets treated me as a client compared to big brand stores. Edgar arrived on time, was very focused in completing the job and even went back to the warehouse to cut the carpet as it was snowing outside and he did not want to get the carpet wet.
