I gave the store on south cooper street five stars a couple or three weeks ago. I discovered later…read moreon a small hole in the mattress sheet but I fixed it without calling them. The two delivery people showed two hight to choose from. One very low and a high one. I definitely chose not the very low. After a couple of weeks or so, I developed back and legs pain when I leave the bed due to its high. I decided to accept the low height so with help. we put bed on the side to unscrew the leg extension but to my surprise, there was a middle extension to make it not that high. It was easy to unscrew three legs, two were very tight but we did it, the last one was impossible to unscrew. My husband took it to the store to unscrew it so we can adjust the bed's hight. The person in charge suggested that this is the way it's and can't be unscrewed. They don't have another leg which includes three pieces to replace the defected one. maybe that was the reason the delivery men didn't show us that mid high. Their option that we're within the time to replace it but we have to pay $250. it's definitely unfair to sell us defected leg that can't be adjusted to prevent my back and legs pain. I ask to replace the defected leg with a a good one. I'm ready to go pickup the leg, or replace the bed as they suggested but with zero money. I will give one star as this defected leg gave me back pain, that I'm only asking to either replace it or replace the bed. i appreciate someone to call me as they promised and not leaving this matter unsolved. update: Randy, the sales person called me and offered whatever solution to help fix the issue. He happily gave me another leg with three pieces to solve the problem. I appreciated his willingness to go the extra mile to solve the issue as I don't have the time to follow the manufacture warranty . Great customer service, as if he were the owner or just being loyal.

When we walked in, the store was clean and smelled really good. Tony helped us out and had us both lay down on their smart sleep system which filtered out which mattress would be best for both of us. It made it easier than to try and lay down on every single mattress because after a while, they all start to feel the same. Whenever we chose the one we liked, he gave us prices and didn't try to sell us on the more expensive ones. Tony got us a great price and hooked us up big time! I highly recommend this place to buy a new mattress. Also, if you find a bed you like, they check to see if they can get you an outlet priced one first to get you one for half the price!

They have an awesome machine which measures your pressure points and helps to identify which softness/firmness range would best support your body and comfort. A nice touch are the sanitary and disposable cloths which you can lay on over the pillow. They have so many options and who knew that the platforms can now go up, down, and even massage you?! I guess you do spend a third of your time and life sleeping so why not invest. And the pillows!!! Whew, technology has evolved here as well and I got a really cool cooling gel one. She simply said "welcome," and waited to approach until it was apparent I was ready to be approached. I was a bit worried going in that it would be like the car lot experience. Thankfully, it wasn't. I saw the couch I wanted, and Jackie handily provided this information (anyone considering this place will find this helpful): Since I was a first time customer, I could get fres shipping on my items. (I didn't spend this much, so shipping was $79.99). They do finance (but I paid outright). The do not deliver on Sundays or Mondays (Yes to Saturdays). Generally speaking, the furniture is not available on site, same day. You purchase your items, and schedule a pickup or delivery. The warehouse is on Beach Street in Fort Worth. If they deliver they move in the item (even if you are upstairs like me). You can also pay to have your old item moved, $20 per item (as I did with my old couch). The game killer may be for anyone considering this place that you can't do same day. Also, if you need a Saturday delivery, you may have to wait even longer. Mine was delivered 30 mins ago and I ordered it 2 weeks ago. I have never heard of a "sofa emergency," so that shouldn't be an awful thing. The prices were very reasonable. My super swell sofa was $349. They also had a "Clearance Zone" with some good stuff! Jackie was able to communicate with me via phone following the process during business hours and handled all of my questions with ease. When the item arrived, Charles and Mike delivered, moved my old one, set up the new one, did a walk by with me to ensure quality, took photos and asked me to sign. A couple of months had passed and there was a new sells man there he continue to call my phone to inform me that he is new to the store and he is going over all the open tickets he has there and wanted to know when I need to get my mattress and make a payment. So it finally got closer to the date of me needing my mattress so I went up there to see what I need to do. I had a lot of questions just so I could be prepared. The man was acting like I was getting on his nerves but he answer all my question and was like, "okay now so when do you need it and when are you going to pay". My whole thing is don't rush me if I put money down on something don't u think I want it... There are no layaway obligation so you can come in and make a payment whenever so what's the big problem, why are you hounding me about it. I didn't like that and I didn't like his demeanor. The next day I went to the other location on cooper which is the outlet even better in my life. As I'm walking in I'm like is that the guy from the other store and he introduce himself and YES that is Carlos he remember me and I told him what happen at the other store he apologized and began to help me.
