5 stars!!!! We didn't really know what to expect walking in, we really didn't want to be followed around by a pushy salesman while looking for a mattress. But that was not the case. When we walked in, the store was clean and smelled really good. Tony helped us out and had us both lay down on their smart sleep system which filtered out which mattress would be best for both of us. It made it easier than to try and lay down on every single mattress because after a while, they all start to feel the same. Whenever we chose the one we liked, he gave us prices and didn't try to sell us on the more expensive ones. Tony got us a great price and hooked us up big time! I was told that they would pick up our old mattress and told the sale rep Mr. Plamer that my husband needs back surgery so he can't carry them like he could in his younger days. They checked for Bed bugs, and we don't have any and they said so, but the mattress had coke stains on them from a time my mother was ill and sleeping on them. So, they were too stained to take they said. Mr. Palmer didn't tell me this would happen, so I have no way to get the old ones gone. People didn't do this to old people when I was young, they have another way to help if they couldn't do it. I called Mr. Plamer and he just said he was sorry for us. God forgive him. The delivery truck said Mattress Firm on the side of it so I would not think they would have help if I had gotten them for them either. I walked in the door, and spoke with Tony, who actually listened to me! He must have thought I was strange at first, because I told him all I wanted was to "sleep on my side!" I've had the same old mattress for over 20yrs. I suffered from what Tony concluded was pressure points! I needed a memory foam kind of thing, but I didn't want to spend 3k! That's insane. Well let's just say they gave me a crappy deal at first sadly but extremely nice. Went down the road showed the quote to the other store and they blew it out of the water then went back to them and they offered to match the other stores deal plus I think it was 120$ off in the end I did get a good deal but wasn't the best experience. The delivery was kinda hard because I work ya I mean I made it here in time but it was close they said at 2:45 - 4:00 they called me at 2:45 saying they would be at my house in 7 min and it was an automated machine that said it give someone maybe 30 min before hand 7 min really come on. Then I even talked to the guy about it and he said oh no we called 10 min out still that's crap to me sorry overall wasn't the best experience. read more

Jonathan was great! He listened to our wants and didn't try to sell us on something we told him we didn't want. He was very attentive and helped us look for options. He worked to find us a mattress at a great price and a timely delivery. We went to another well-known mattress store a couple of blocks down the street and the salesperson didn't leave his desk, just pointed us to one side of the store and made no effort to earn our business, which made Jonathan Dwyer stand out even more in our minds and his extra effort is why we went back to the store and bought a Serta mattress from him today. read more

Horrible Customer Service. Once they make a sale they become rude. I wish I would have given the sale to Mattress Firm since that's where the mattress came from anyway.......(it was a clearance item). I was told they could hold it for up to 60 days.....to just keep them updated. But after I called to reschedule delivery a couple of times they told me they "hoped the mattress was still there". Really?!? Definitely not the best experience and I won't purchase from them again. This is an addition to my original review, it just got worse. I was told I was being sold to a California King mattress. It was just delivered and the delivery guys told me it was a king. Which was obvious because it didn't fit my California King frame or bed. My husband and i went to Sleep Experts after going to some other mattress stores. As we walked in, I told the sakesperson, Dudley what I was looking for when he offered to have us get in their computerized bed selector. We tried it out, quite an interesting experience. The computer did recommend what I thought I wanted so that was reassuring. We never felt that Dudley was too pushy or desperate to make a deal. The store manager, Chelsie was listening to our conversation and found us quite the deal in their clearance center that this location has access to sell. We went back the next day and we're told they still had what they found at the clearance center so we closed the deal. I have to tell you I'm loving my bed. I have metastatic breast cancer and I have to live with pain. I slept 12 hours the first night and probably could have slept more if I wasn't woken up to my phone ringing! There were a couple of rough patches to fix - mix up on delivery date, but got it delivered on the day I had on my calendar, not what they had me down for so that made me happy. David was helpful with that one. On the 2nd night, my side of the adjustable frame had to be re-synced and Dudley took care of it. It took 3 phone calls but Dudley was even willing to come to my house with a remote after he got off at 8p. Big kudos to Dudley for excellent customer service! Bought a $3800 tempurpedic mattress. After 30 days had a big ridge straight down the middle. Went in to discuss. Manager at the time was helpful (Jeff) and gave us suggestions. Did not help. Went back 45 days later and was Told "oh those king size mattresses do that". Jeff was no longer with company and Cory helped me. He was rude, barely listened to me and picked the skin on his hands while I talked. Told me to call warranty people. read more
