He ordered the bed in the middle of May 2023. There was a mix-up and when the bed was going to be delivered. Nobody was home when the bed was delivered. My father called the store to talk to Anthony and there lot of screaming and being cussed out by Anthony towards a Retired military senior citizen. I am the daughter and heard the whole conversation on the phone. The last statement made to my father was fu$^ you we will return your money. So, my father and I went back into the store to get the delivery date straight. Anthony was not there that day. It was good day. Dealt with a young man and he helped a lot. New date and paid an extra fee for them to take the old bed away. Finally, the bed was delivered in June 2023. Wrong box spring but the mattress was correct. They would not take the old bed. No credit was given. Called the store and was told to wait 30 days. 3RD time to deliver the bed and it was still wrong. Refused delivery. This time grandson went into the store to get the correct box spring. Paid the fee for delivery. Box spring delivered in Aug 2023. I always thought the customer was right. I will never buy anything at this store. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO RESPECT TO SENIORS. OR NO HOME TRAINING !!!!

What I appreciated about the salespeople at Mattress Warehouse is they didn't try to sell me. They answered my questions and let me decide what I wanted. I love that they have a machine that helps you figure out what mattress you need by lying down scanning your body, and asking you questions about how you sleep. Yes, I spent a lot of money on a mattress, but I see at it as a ten year investment. FYI, I feel like it was money well spent and great customer service was an added value.

I live out of town -- my mother lives in a retirement community in Catonsville. I was visiting for a few days and realized that my mother needed a new mattress. I wanted to have it delivered while I was there so I could get her situated. I called and got David on the phone. He recommended a high quality mattress that was on sale for a good price. He arranged to have it delivered the next day. The delivery guys came when they said they would, took away the old mattress and put the new one in place. They even put the waterproof encasement and the mattress pad on the bed. My mother has a bad back and some mobility issues. The new mattress was super comfortable, but just a little bit thicker than her previous one. This made it more difficult for her to get into bed. I called David the next day to seek a solution. He suggested a lower profile foundation. He had one in stock. Because it was a safety issue, David moved heaven and earth to get the new foundation to my mother quickly. I had to leave before the foundation could be delivered (although it was just a day later). David and the manager of the Frederick store personally took the new foundation to my mother's home. When they were finished putting everything in place, David took the time to call me, told me that they had even made my mother's bed, and told me she was lovely. Honestly, I cannot imagine kinder, more effective service. Thank you!

I had to pull the mattress off the shelf myself, and test it out. Non existent customer service, if you ask me. But nonetheless, I was determined to try out what I was about to order online. So after I made sure I was content, I put the mattress back on the shelf and left. Of course one of the associates tries to stop me on the way out like "did you find" .. yep.
