We were trying to find a mattress that we could afford, but that was the best quality we could afford. Brandon assisted us. He was very, very busy, but he took his time with us, going over our options and, when we found the mattress that suited us, scheduled the delivery in record time and, when we realized the next day that we needed a queen-size frame, we went back and he made certain it was delivered at the same time as the mattress. Truck arrived within ten minutes of the scheduled start time window for delivery and the guys who put the frame together and carried the mattress upstairs were fast and nice. We went several places and looked on-line before we went to Mattress Firm Outlet, but I guess, since this is our second purchase from this store, we won't waste time looking elsewhere when we need another mattress.
