For me, the true test of how successful/reputable a business will be is based on two things. First, the customer service that you receive when you buy a product or service. Second, the customer service that may be needed after the sale for warranty issues, repairs or, returns. My initial inquiry through Facebook Messenger about buying a mattress was responded to five hours later. All other text messages needed to set up an appointment and then to pick up the mattress and adjustable bed frame were prompt. My problem started when I discovered that I couldn't get the adjustable bed frame to make the corner at the top of the stairs and be able to go down the hall to the bedroom. I texted the salesperson and told her of my dilemma. What I asked for was the ability to return the adjustable bed frame, still in the box and, then when they sold it to refund my money. It took almost 23 hours to get a response and then it was to say that all sales are final, but she was waiting on a response from the owner. Two days later after not hearing back from the salesperson, I was told that they would try to resell the adjustable bed frame for me. However, I need to keep the frame until it was sold. I live 49 miles from the store and no one is going to buy something that doesn't come directly from the store. Very disappointing that they wouldn't let me return it and then they could refund my money when it resold. read more
