They did not have the Purple 3 mattress to try out, but thankfully I had already tried it and had pretty much already made my mind up. He asked if I wanted to try the machine that determines the best mattress based on specific pressure points and other information. I tried it, and it confirmed that a softer mattress would provide the best possible sleep. I purchased this Purple 3 Hybrid mattress, which has now been just over 2 months ago and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I find myself going to bed even earlier and getting a full 8-9 hours of sleep each night. I was laying in bed this morning thinking about how comfortable I was, and thought it's about time I write a review.

We have had an incredibly poor and frustrating experience with this location and this company. Our…read morebed was not delivered on the day it was promised causing my wife and I to sleep elsewhere for the night. The next day only the mattress but not the bed was delivered causing lots of issues which eventually was resolved by the salesperson delivering the bed. We were sold brackets that we didn't need and it's been two months and we still have not received our credit. Now we are being told we have to follow up with the finance company because they supposedly gave us the credit. We have already called and emailed the company and store numerous times and we get some responses but no satisfactory conclusion. Their idea of customer service is to say they have been firing delivery drivers...that is not customer service, that's a cop-out. Taking responsibility for your company's results and making your customer want return, is good customer service. The latest call had the store manager offering us a $50 credit (which no telling how many calls it will take to get this) on a $5000 purchase this seems laughable and doesn't make us feel like they care about our business. We are still working with them but the amount of trouble, time and angst this transaction has caused us has been unbelievable. If it wouldn't be so much trouble, we would return the bed and wash our hands of this company.

Found them after looking for sectionals on Facebook market. Figured I would try a smaller owned…read morebusiness, boy do I regret that. They let me know they buy all of their furniture from the Ashley furniture wholesaler so u thought great it'll be pretty good quality. We picked out a sectional we liked and they said they'd give us a deal if we wanted to get dressers from them too. We wanted black dressers and found some in the magazine they had that we liked. Paid $1650 after tax and delivery fees for a sectional and 2 dressers. I left happy to support a small business and looking forward to my new furniture which u chose to get delivered 3 days later. Upon delivery they dropped off all the furniture in the boxes and wrapped up in the living room and just left. The couch pieces were sitting up on end leaving me to take it out of all the packaging and set it up. Okay no biggie. Couch comes out good other then it missing the hardware to put the legs on. Dressers, not so great. They were the complete wrong size from what was in the magazine. Over a foot shorter in height in the one dresser and a foot shorter in length on the other. I call them up and let them know there just be something wrong and they ask me to bring both dressers back to the store before 5pm so they can call the supplier. I live 35 min from the store and both dressers don't fit in one car. So 4 days later in a Saturday when I can get there on time we drive two cars 35 min to bring back these dressers. After we paid $50 for delivery in order to avoid this. We get to the store and they offer us a comparable in size dresser set for an additional $100. I stated I will not be paying more considering I had to move the furniture back here myself and because we had paid for dressers of that size to begin with. After numerous disagreements and constantly getting talked over by the employee Sam. They agreed to waive the $100 but said it would be 7-10 days until delivery but they'd call us Monday to let us know a specific date. Monday comes and no call. I call Thursday and they claim it'll be ready early the following week. I call Monday the following week and they said about her 3-5 days. I call three days later and they say tomorrow morning (Thursday). I call Thursday afternoon and they say it won't be until that night. Finally I get a call from the movers and they end up being an hour later then they told me on the phone. This time I specifically ask then to unwrap everything so we can make sure it is correct. Upon unwrapping we find the leg is chipped, the drawers on the one dresser are work around the edges with the pain coming off and the other dresser the top drawer is crooked and the bottom won't close without lifting up the one above it. The movers did the best they could to make adjustments but overall couldn't fix much. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They did not have them item…read morein stock at the time but said that they would have it in stock by October, so I accepted their receipt #900354 as documentation of our transaction. Today is November 7, 2020, 7 days past the promised date of item in stock and delivery, I returned to the store in order to dissolve the layaway agreement and get my deposit refunded to me. The store owner (who refused to give his name), has refused to give me my $100 deposit back (even if he witheld a restocking fee) for his inconvenience. He says that it was my responsibility to call to see if the item ever made it in and since I didn't and since it is now 90 days past the end of the layaway then all promises are null and void. So, "good bye, have a good day". This has been a lesson for me and I urge you to please enter into business transactions with this business very carefully and be certain to get everything in writing for your own protection, business ethics at this location are non-existant Garland PD was called out by the store owner and the event number was 2020E133272.
