Tragically, he passed away the same day- She called them the next day to cancel it- it hadn't been shipped or anything yet. They told her she is still responsible for the nearly $300 restocking fee! So not only is she having to plan a funeral for her husband, she has the added burden of this! I thought a business could have a little compassion, but apparently not.

Easy enough!! Lots of merchandise in the store to choose from at great prices. We ended up buying the sofa as well as another piece of furniture. The employee who helped us (Landon) was such a friendly guy who made us feel like part of the Furniture One family!
