Deal was initiated and confirmed in person and by phone with two UD managers. Was told to drive to this location cause they ran out of money and they would honor it. Arrived at this location to an unwelcoming employee, only to be told the store manager was at lunch and that he would not honor the deal. He alleged to contact the store manager, disappeared to the back came back and said he couldn't do it...Wasted time and gas, thanks again UD! *Edit* Updating my review just because I got apology from UD! PS...I ended up getting $700 for my pistols from a shop down the road and like with UD, I have good loan history with them too. read more

I went to retrieve my firearm in Mesquite Tx on Gus Thomasson. l pawned the week before last and was refused service and discriminated agains for being Blavk and disable. the workers didn't like my handwriting and refuse to return my firearm. I do believe this is an attempt to steal my firearm. How can you refuse someone service for being disabled and not having perfect handwriting accordin to the employees who were made that I couldn't understand Spanish. This was my first time using UD's I pawned my MacBook Pro and got $300 I'm not sure if that's fair but Isabel was nice and my only warning is there really isn't a line you kind of just stand there and hope no one not in front of you was waiting first. I was there this morning to sell my ring, according to the gentlemen working there all my diamonds on my ring were fake. He wasn't rude nor was I. I thanked him for his help and left. I took my ring to two different places to get the diamonds checked. My diamonds are real only one small one is fake. Only one, not all of them. Not sure if he was planning to low ball me or what his intentions were but, he should have clarified that it was a diamond that was fake not all of them. They have great reviews and this is why I drove the distance to come here but, after today's experience then having to get my diamonds tested again I wouldn't recommend this place. I'm not a professional I can't tell anyone how to do there job but, that was a very bold statement from him. read more

So I purchased a vacuum here with a warranty which only ensured store credit bc all sales are final . To add insult to injury the staff let me know that they "don't check the items before they place them out" and that they "can't put as is on every item" most of these items are sold as is please try your item to see if it works before purchase but to be honest based on principal I will not be purchasing from their store again. read more

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! This place is a joke. My boyfriend went to go get a ring for me from this place as a Christmas gift, they told him if it didn't fit they would resize it for free, Christmas came and it didn't fit so we took it back so they could fix it and they told us it would be ready by Friday, a whole week just to add a few millimeters. So we waited and when we went to go pick it up turns out they were closed, so why would the guy tell us by Friday? Then we went the next day and then they told us Tuesday. Tuesday comes we go pick it up and we waited all that time for nothing! They didn't even adjust it, it still fits the same!! WE TOOK A RING BACK TO ADJUST THE SIZE, WAITED ALMOST 3 WEEKS AND GAVE IT BACK THE SAME WTF if I could give no stars I would. read more

The most cleanest and organized pawnshop I have ever been to. They have a wide range of merchandise to choose from.I went in to get a loan on my jewerly and I can tell you I was not disappointed I actually got more than I was expecting.The staff was very friendly and helpful and even though the manager seemed busy he was attentive of each customer that walked in he even took the time to explain how my loan worked he also told me about the 14day intrest free pickup! First of all I was not happy with pawn shops until I was treated like royalty here, they were super kind and helpful and turned my day around, thank you guys , I really appreciate what you all did for me, I don't usually do reviews, but I got to give credit where credit is due. I will be back for sure . As for these other reviews I'm seeing you all are full of it, or maybe you clearly don't understand your pawn ticket, try reading it. They explain it to you pretty clear even a child could understand because it doesn't take a rocket scientist , get loan ... pay interests , pay to get item back... nothing is free . also every shop I have been to doesn't accept any payments unless u physically walk in the store ,well this one is way ahead of them accepting through their app and going above and beyond.
