I had a horrible experience with the salmon there, who got angry with me for not purchasing a mattress immediately. I told him it was my day looking and wanted to take my time, but he wouldn't stop following me around saying he hopes he gets credit for my purchase if I decide to comeback another day. They didn't have the mattress in store that I wanted to try so I really wanted to go find it elsewhere to test it! I did not want to blindly buy it, but he kept insisting that I do. It was horrible and I just wanted to go home and be left alone. But my boyfriend made me stop at one more place on the way home which was this Mattress Warehouse. What a night and day difference! We walked in and were immediately greeted with a kind man that introduced himself as Brian. He was very personable! He immediately brought us out covers to try out mattresses on as a COVID measure (which the other store did not have and made me very uncomfortable and wanting to immediately shower!). He let us take our time testing things out and not being in our faces with pressure to buy. He really understands how to deal with people! We ended up buying a mattress from him that night and spent nearly an hour in there just chatting with him because he was so nice and fun! Our mattress arrived a few days later at our apartment and we having been having the best nights of sleep of our lives since then! (I highly recommend the Nectar bed!!) They did haul it to our curb...unwrapped and have half of our driveway now blocked. We called the Downingtown store at noon and did not get an answer back until 8pm. Meanwhile it poured last night! They showed up this morning and refused to take it because it was soaking wet and unwrapped. We TOLD them it was unwrapped. We told the crew it was unacceptable. They said they would call dispatch from the truck but INSTEAD DROVE AWAY. This is still unresolved. The mattresses sit out on the curb still. DO NOT USE!

They Sold us A lemon been fighting with them for months…read more The couch we bought just back in October 2025. Started frying after a couple weeks of having it . After fighting customer service they sent us covers in the mail to put on ourselves. I complained then they sent someone out to put the covers on and they only sent the three bottom cover cushions. The tech put them on top of the old ones, but the whole couch was still fraying not just the cushions then they said that it was against our warranty. I said we bought an extended pet warranty as well. They will not fix it then it started to rip at the seams and every time someone sat on the couch the rip at the seams opened up more. They will not fix it. They will not replace it. They won't do anything so we're stuck with A busted up couch that we paid $1300 for. I canceled my Boscov's credit card. I will never buy a single thing from them ever again.

A replacement was approved. The discussion began Sept. 18, 2024. As of 12/16/2024, we still HAVE NOT received the replacement. Each time I call, and have spoken to Tom, he has had difficulty locating the service order. As I remained on the telephone, he has provided two different shipping dates 11/22/2024 and 11/27/2024. I prefer a softer bed. We got a TemperPedic right after they came out. Paid a TON of money for it, and I love it. But after 3 months her back started hurting. Back then, no returns. So after we bought a house and had an extra bedroom, we bought a new bed and went shopping for the perfect mattress. Sleep Number seemed like the answer for us. The salespeople were helpful, and assured us when we purchased the bed, that we were set. A 20 year warranty. No problems. Right. After three years, her side failed. It just wouldn't inflate. She kept her side near 100 all the time and rarely had to inflate it. I kept my side around 50 or 55, but changed it often, and would fully inflate it before we changed the sheets. If either side were to fail, I thought mine would go first. I'm also heavier than she is, by a good bit. But her side failed, so I called Sleep Number and they told me they could rep!ace her side, but the cost went up each day! Some warranty. It failed or no reason, why am I paying for it? When we took the bed apart to discover what went wrong we found out the bed consisted of two inflatable mattresses surrounded by foam strips, sitting on a plastic base!!!! No wonder they didn't want us in the bedroom while they installed it! We paid over $1000 for some cheap inflatable mattresses on a cheap plastic base! We felt like fools!!! A friend has one and loved it; has never had any issues. She's been lucky I think. Don't waste your money on these. We just bought a regular old mattress. No adjustable frame, no fancy things. Sometimes tried and true is the way to go!

I believe it says something good about a company, when even the phone service people stay on for several years. Bonus, Brianna input the price at the New YEAR's sales level which was 35% less than what was showing on the Web-site. 2. The delivery was coordinated. I was given a 4-hour window, sent a reminder, and updated with a 30-minte and 10-minute arrival time. 3. The Delivery men were strong, professional and courteous. They carried the stove to the 3rd floor and installed and tested it. Overall a very good experience.
