I purchased a Spring Air clearance mattress from Sleep Country four years ago. The mattress has failed terribly and I needed to use the warranty, except Spring Air is out of business. Sleep Country has an exceptional reputation of helping customers get fair warranty results (which was told to me by one of their competitors). Julie, the store manager, was able to get me a "very substantial" credit for my old mattress on the price of a new mattress which was already a discounted July 4th sale price. I had knee replacement surgery two weeks ago so I was not about to go from store to store looking at products. I did my homework online and knew exactly the quality and specific features I wanted. I told Julie on the phone of my situation and we discussed brands and features and she recommended a Beautyrest Black extra firm due to my back problems caused by my soft top SpringAir. It had all the features I wanted. My wife and I drove to the store and took a good 15 minutes lying on the mattress she picked, as well as a few others in the Beautyrest line. The one she chose was absolutely perfect for what I wanted. I am extremely satisfied in her product knowledge, her excellent customer service and the extra help she gave us in getting a credit. Sleep Country was under no legal obligation to do anything since SpringAir was bankrupt. I worked 20 years in consumer protection here in Oregon and had no faith in the honestly of any mattress company or sales person. A week ago, my husband and I went into this store just for fun and to look at buying something softer than plywood. We were greeted by a Salesman named Brenden who offered nothing short of exceptional customer service. He gave us the "Goldilocks Test" and really helped us find what we didn't even know we wanted or needed. He was not a dirty Salesman that pressured us into a sale, but really cared about finding us a bed in our price range. Brenden was VERY knowledgeable about mattresses too!! The one we wanted ended up being mis-priced, but he quickly honored the price on the sign. He was funny and professional and my husband and I left that store both saying we just had a great time just picking out a mattress. We did not end up buying the bed that day; we had to be sure our finances were in order. A week later, I called the store and asked to talk to Brenden since he was an awesome Salesman and he quickly remembered my husband and I, and even which bed we picked out. I set up a delivery time and he told me exactly what to expect. Our deal ended with Brenden there, but the Sleep Country delivery team did not disappoint either! The two delivery men (Mike and Jared?) were so friendly, fast, and professional!! I was amazed how they got our old mattress set out, the new one in and I signed and they were outta here! SO courteous! The Sleep Country team at this store seems to all be amazing and when our new mattress is ready for a replacement in twenty years, I will for sure be going back! read more

A wonderful purchasing experience from start to finish. The Keizer Station salesman, James, completely explained everything we needed to know about the Purple Hybrid 3 mattress and the new steel frame and gave us some discounts. The Mattress Firm website was excellent. The new mattress and frame were delivered when they were supposed to be. The company sent confirmation e-mails and phone calls confirming the delivery date and time window. On the day of delivery we could track in real time the delivery truck making its way to our house on the linked google maps on the e-mailed tracking information. The truck driver and his assistant hand carried the very heavy Purple mattress down our long, muddy rural driveway that their large truck could not navigate with the overhanging trees. They spoke quite acceptable and understandable English and were very polite. They installed the new mattress and hauled away our old mattress and heavy box springs--again hand carrying them uphill on our muddy driveway. I am very happy with the entire mattress purchase. This is my second purchase at Sleep Country. The sales rep., Brendon Seeley, and also Julie, were extremely attentive and aware of what I was trying to accomplish. They each explained why they felt what they were recommending was right for my needs. They answered all my questions and were professional, yet extremely friendly. I will definitely return for my next purchase. The deliver was prompt and timely. The two delivery individuals were, once again, extremely nice and everything went off without a hitch. They positioned the bed exactly as I wanted it, and made sure the installation was secure and complete. They both great representatives for the store. My wife and I were ready for a new mattress. She fell in love with the Purple 4 at another store. We visited 3 other stores before deciding to try Mattress Firm. We were met by the salesman after walking into the store. James introduced himself, greeted us, and treated us like real people, not just another sale. James never pressured us at any time, but focused on our needs, which seemed to be a foreign concept at other stores. James used his knowledge of the products offered and what we wanted in a mattress instead of showing us what a computer thought was right for us like another store did (dead wrong!). James gave us his honest opinions when asked about beds and their reviews, which matched up with other online reviews. I visited the Keizer Station Sleep Country store this week, and I had a very pleasant experience. The sales associate was very courteous, and shared many options to us. We tried several beds, and Brandon showed his expertise by showing us the features on every bed we tried. We went to another store just to compare, and it was like night and day. The other store associate trieated us like we were buy a used car! Lots of pressure and not much showing us the different beds. My wife and I needed a new mattress since our first mattress gave out on us early. We visited three different mattress supply stores in the area and decided to come back to Sleep Country in Keizer, OR next to World Market and Bed, Bath and Beyond. The selection of mattresses is similar to other mattress supply chains (all top name brands), but the service at the Sleep Country in Keizer was the best. Elaine, who helped us pick out a mattress, was extremely knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect mattress (not easy by the way) without pressuring us to buy from their store. My husband and I just shopped at the Sleep Country at Keizer Station. Our sales associate was Julie and she did an outstanding job. Only associate on the floor when we arrived and greeted us immediately. On other sets of customers came in and she was extremely professional by excusing herself while we tested a series she recommended and greeted the other cudtomers. I just have to let folks know about the great experience I had at Sleep country. My husband and I bought a bed there last year and had such a wonderful experience that we returned this year to purchase a bed for our college student. This was truly a wonderful shopping experience from star to finish. The sales person Julie was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions about the different beds on the market. The two young men that delivered our new bed where very professional from start to finish. I received a call from them informing me they where on their way and would arrive in 10 to 15 minutes. They wiped there feet on a mat that they put down at the door when they came into the home and also took away all the boxes and plastic as they left. We got very good service in the store. Tried several options and were happy with choices. We even got same day delivery, so we rushed home to take down complicated platform and headboard. When the delivery arrived a bunky board was missing. We got the store on the phone and they were very nice and arranged another delivery, but four days later. It caused some inconvenience in sleeping arrangements, but the employees were trying to help. It just wasn't perfect. I plan to shop at your store again. read more
