The ease of purchase and selection of product are typically great. Our most recent encounter was not as great as it has been for us in the past. I was very indecisive and asked many questions. I am glad they never resisted helping me, and they answered every inquiry with a smile. After much thought and time, they found me a Sealy Posturepedic they supported my body and still provided the perfect amount of comfort. I worked with both Joe and Emerald on different occasions. They both went above and beyond such as making sure I received proper spine alignment with the mattress and even discussed the health benefits of the power adjustable base I got. I had my bed for six months now and still love it! The mattress protector they sold kept my mattress pristine with no signs of stains, dirt, or dust mites. I even feel my allergies aren't as bad as on my old aged mattress. Also the Cool Tech memory foam pillow kept me cool every night. He took me to the beds with the medium firmness and with the head/leg tilt as the base. I tried the firm one and then the medium one. The manager Gordon was sitting nearby at his desk, and let me know that the softer of the two beds would be better, since I am a side sleeper. Evan provided a quote for both king and queen size beds, plus gave me a couple discounts reducing the price. Two pillows, free delivery, free set up, and free take away for old bed were all included. After comparing prices at a couple other places, pricing on the bed I was looking for was comparable, but Even saved me an additional $1000 without trying to sell me something I did not want. When I went back to purchase the bed, Gordon was there to help. He took the time to explain that HSA/FSA dollars could be used to reimburse some of the cost of the bed, since the bed is needed for medical reasons. Otherwise, we would have not known about this option. We bought the bed and returned the next day to pick up the sheet set, since Gordon offered a discount for those on the phone. When we went in, he gave us even more of a discount, which was nice, so I purchased two sets. Gordon is very knowledgeable on sleep postures and the beds in his store. He went above and beyond with making sure we got the right mattress, and he is also a delight to talk to. Evan is also very friendly and makes sure he knows exactly what you are looking for. We purchased an Oregon Mattress Company mattress from mattress mania- even with regular turning it…read morehas deep lumps and divots which is not great but tolerable. What's not tolerable is the giant piece of metal that somehow found its way poking out of the side of the mattress that I found with my leg. I attempted to contact the company twice with absolutely no response. The mattress isn't even 6 years old, we've only had it 4 or 5 I think (it sat in a warehouse from the "made date on the tag) So mattress mania has gone out of. Haines and woudlnt release any warranty paperwork to us, and these people won't reply or help either- event hough their mattress is defective. Looking at another reviewer it seems I won't be getting any help either. So- buy your mattress here with caution. If I hear back and they decide to do the right thing and honor their warranty, for a mattress that has metal poking out the side enough to stab me as I get into and out bed I'll update my review. Update 1- I was finally able to call, and the rep (Noelle?) was very nice. She seemed concerned with where I sent the email, and when I advised it was the website, she was concerned the form might not be working. She immediately offered three ways to send a warranty claim form, and gave clear instructions on what they need from me. I updated stars based on her- I'm still not pleased with the mattress issues, but Based on my interaction with her, I am hopeful they will resolve the issue. And whether the company chooses to or not, Noelle as a rep was really pleasant to deal with.

I called several other other mattress stores and I could tell the salespeople sensed my urgency and quoted me very high prices. When I finally called mattress depot they were very understanding and jumped into action. They provided me with multiple choices within my price range and even higher quality than what I was originally looking to buy. I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience. I will never buy a mattress anywhere else.
