I highly recommend Dinette Plus. I was looking for a sofa chaise that would fit the small apartments of Brooklyn. I searched and found some things, and landed on the Ashley Furniture Darcy sofa. Most places online had it for $500+ and locally for about $600 after taxes. I searched CL and saw DP advertisement for $399. I decided to drive there one evening and the manager even stayed open later for my arrival since it was 45 min drive away and I usually work late. When there I saw a lady had purchased furniture for her whole home from this place. This gave me confidence as well as the manager seemed like a great guy. After seeing all the had to offer and that the deal was legit, I decided to put half down on the sofa and recliner combo. He even decreased the delivery charge. All in all, I am very happy. I paid $798 after taxes and delivery+ set up fee. The delivery men were professional and even took off my door into the apartment in order to fit the sofa in the apartment. And they put it back on as well. They took about 10 minutes to put on the sofa legs and I paid them and gave them a tip as well. The only downside was that I had to wait a few weeks for the gray color, but I saw that it was backordered on many websites/places... so it is hard to knock that against DP. Horrible service. Save your time and money. Benny sold us a couch and a dining table. Since the very beginning we noticed the couch cushions were not fitting correctly. We moved them around and nothing would work we called Benny. Benny send somebody to get it "fix" but there was nothing to be fix the cushions were too small. Long story short 6 months later and calling Benny every week to try to get the cushions, nothing! The couch still don't feel comfortable, we have to put blankets between the cushions to make it comfortable and to cover the big wholes. And then our dining table chairs bottoms broke, once again we told Benny he refused to give us spare pieces for the bottom. Do not buy from this man, he is not a responsible vendor or business owner. When we bought the furniture he said everything has a one year warranty. It's been only 6 months and he does not try to fix what is wrong with he furniture he sold us. Very disappointed! read more

WORST EVER. This is regarding a dinette set. Beny, whom I believe to be the owner, has sent his men to me 3 times to fix the table. The first two times I was told by the men that they weren't skilled to file the rough edges off of the tabletop. Finally a workman was sent who knew how to do it. But, the table has also been unstable since it was delivered. His workman tried to move the legs, but that didn't work. I have spoken with Beny dozens of times and even went back to the store. We agreed that the legs needed to be replaced. He has even told me he already has the new legs. Yet, after over 7 months, the table still has not been repaired. Beny never says no. He just says he will be there in 2 weeks, but never makes an appointment or shows up. It is clear the table was never prepped at the store and was just shipped to me still in the original box, to be set up at my home. Quality and workmanship is nonexistent. This table has 2 leaves to make it longer. If you remove the leaves, the wood grain pattern does not align and the 2 halves of the table are not entirely level with each other. Perhaps I am partly to blame. When it arrived, I should have never signed for the set when I saw the table was unstable. Clearly my mistake was trusting Danyco Furniture Dinettes aka Dinettes Plus to do the right thing. So now I am stuck with a table that literally bounces up and down when you lean on it even slightly, even though the legs are squarely on the floor. I can even make it shake and bounce with one finger. BTW... While there was no specific date for delivery on the bill of sale, he delivered 6 weeks after the date he agreed to. read more

I contacted Beny Through FaceBook in regards to a outdoor sectional couch his response was fast and courteous I went to the store today to look at the couch he was so helpful and I could not believe it the sectional was delivered the same day and is beautiful and I have to me mention the price was great too... he also followed up with a phone call to make sure we where satisfied .
