She also gave me tips to make sure that I was able to keep the 10 year warranty. They provide a truly personal shopping experience because you will be the only one in the store! I took only one fitted sheet out of original packaging and carefully folded back up and was able to return to original package. Contacted BB&B for an RMA which they issued and was told they would deduct the return shipping charge from my return. I agreed to their terms and returned the sheets. However, when I received my refund it was only $18, I had paid $71, that was quite a charge for return S&H. I had shopped at BB&B all my adult life until they closed all retail stores, was always a great place to shop. But my first purchase through their mail order business has been a disgusting experience. I will never purchase from BB&B again and strongly urge everyone to avoid buying from this mail order business as their customer service is terrible.

They put my things in a storage building and I'm just now getting them out seeing all of the damage that they did to my belongings. I paid extra for them to wrap pictures correctly and they were put in a box against each other scratching most of them. They also broke and scratched many pieces of my furniture. When speaking to the "manager" of the store he proceeded to tell me that I did the damages when moving from the storage building to my home. He had no regard for my belongings and made every excuse of why his workers did not do the damage. Run far away from this company they don't care about the customer.
