I had a great experience! Mike at the Monroeville store is top notch and I'm thankful he was working the day I came in. I was last minute mattress shopping and he made it very easy and actually knew about the mattresses. It was a nice visit compared to the cold shoulder visits you get at other stores. First off Gwen is awesome! I needed to buy a new mattress and wasn't sure where to start or what I wanted so my mom came shopping with me. Gwen greeted us with such warmth and genuinely cared about helping us find the right product. She really made a great impression on both my mom and I and I am excited for my new mattress! This is their customer service...... this company is extremely horrible. Go elsewhere. I would give them 0 stars, but had to select 1 star.

For $12-$14 you get a hayride up to the top and down when you're done. At the top they include access to the cornmaze, pumpkin patch, and (small) sunflower field with the hayride admission. They even had goats, sheep, pigs, and donkeys up there! It was a long tractor hayride too which was pretty entertaining seeing all the fall decorations. A large pavilion with a lot of shade was available for rest, along with games on the lawn like cornhole and frisbee. They also serve alcohol (beer, sangria, etc) near the pavilion. The sangria was actually super refreshing. 10/10 would recommend coming for one of the fall festivals!

But, the shelves are pure chaos. Not because customers put things back in the wrong places. There just doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to the products' positions on the shelves. I was specifically looking for some organizer bins/baskets/containers. That aisle made my head hurt! Things weren't grouped by color, or by like item. I saw a cute set of desk organizer baskets I liked, but they were not the color I wanted. I searched for the ones I wanted, and saw how everything seemed to be haphazardly placed. I sometimes don't mind chaos, but in a store aisle dedicated to organization, I do, in fact, mind chaos. We did end up buying a small toy which was on clearance. I let my son stand in line while I looked at some things on a shelf near the registers. There was one cashier, and she very rudely snipped at my son for standing in line behind the other customer, instead of behind the "wait here" sign. (This was in 2026. No Covid, no pandemic. My kid can read, but he overlooked the sign and stood where he would/should at any other store.) Overall, this is not the worst store, but it doesn't have anything special, and I left feeling bad, which is not what I want from a shopping experience.

I came to Mattress Firm today and purchased a twin size mattress there and everything went pretty smooth with the help of one of the employees that work there and her name was Quinn! She helped me throughout the process from choosing the mattress to all of the paper work that needed to be done! The service was excellent especially Quinn the lady that helped me go through everything! One thing that I wanted to say is that I didn't have any strings to tie the mattress up ontop of my jeep and they didn't have any left in the store and what she did really impressed me by putting the mattress that I'd purchase inside her SUV and delivered it to the apartment where i live! I know it wasn't that far from the store to where i live but I was pretty impressed by what she did today for me :) I would recommend to anyone that is currently looking for Mattresses to buy especially the ones that live on Monroeville PA to come to her store and check it out I'm really thankful for what she did for me today :) Go to her store and check it out if you in need of mattresses and excellent services and make sure to ask for Quinn Thankyou so much to her (Quinn) and hope everyone enjoys shopping there read more

The two great gals at Mattress Firm in Monroeville really helped me out of a bind. After ordering a mattress set from the Mattress Warehouse in Monroeville and not receiving it after three weeks, these ladies found me the mattress set I wanted and called the delivery guys in their truck to see if they could make a delivery the next day. I had my mattress set in less than 24 hours. They went above and beyond to keep me from sleeping on the sofa one more night. Great job! read more

Me my wife and 2 year old son had been to two other mattress stores before this one,had no luck, and just weren't impressed with the service, but from the time we walked into MattressFirm till the time we left Rhonda was friendly and helpful they even have toys for the little ones which helped us relax to make our decision.
