It was not an easy task to get the old king size set down the house stairs and even harder to get the new king set up those same stairs. They did it efficiently and without so much as a scuff mark. I came back in at first because I thought perhaps we had been sent the wrong bed, but he verified it for me and explained that the mattress probably just needed a good deal of breaking in, and that was why it probably didn't feel as soft as the one on display. Second, the customer service that may be needed after the sale for warranty issues, repairs or, returns. My initial inquiry through Facebook Messenger about buying a mattress was responded to five hours later. All other text messages needed to set up an appointment and then to pick up the mattress and adjustable bed frame were prompt. My problem started when I discovered that I couldn't get the adjustable bed frame to make the corner at the top of the stairs and be able to go down the hall to the bedroom. I texted the salesperson and told her of my dilemma. What I asked for was the ability to return the adjustable bed frame, still in the box and, then when they sold it to refund my money. It took almost 23 hours to get a response and then it was to say that all sales are final, but she was waiting on a response from the owner. Two days later after not hearing back from the salesperson, I was told that they would try to resell the adjustable bed frame for me. However, I need to keep the frame until it was sold. I live 49 miles from the store and no one is going to buy something that doesn't come directly from the store. Very disappointing that they wouldn't let me return it and then they could refund my money when it resold.

When we were ready to spend $35,000, their attitude completely changed. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, my wife and I thought we might have been mistaken. However, a month after our purchase, our furniture arrived, and one of the consoles was damaged. We assumed it could have been transportation damage. Then, my daughter sat on an accent chair, and the color transferred from her clothing. We were shocked, especially since we had paid extra for care protection. The next day, I went to the store and complained to an employee. Her response was, "Don't let your daughter sit on the furniture." It was the most horrible, rude, and ugly response I had ever heard. I controlled my anger and asked, "I can tell my daughter not to sit, but how about our guests? Should I tell them the same thing?" That same day, I emailed customer service about the incident and got no reply. After a week, I sent another email stating they should either come and take the furniture back or I would dispute the charge. I got an immediate response requesting pictures. After sending the pictures, I received no further communication, so I disputed the charge. A month later, I got a letter stating I owed them money. I emailed again, requesting copies of all voicemails. I then received a call from the store manager, Nicole, to schedule a pickup. They eventually collected the furniture. Now, they have sent a letter from a debt collection agency stating I owe them money which i don't as they picked up their furniture. 1)Their substandard quality does not match their high prices. 2)They lack ethics and professionalism. 3)They only respond to threatening emails.
