We've had the pleasure of dealing with Cheryl since Day One, and she couldn't be more incredible. Cheryl is so helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy in any way. She's just the nicest person. She recently went above and beyond with a customer service request I had, which I was grateful for. Something to know about me is I have a problem spending money. I have it in my head that if something is a little more expensive, it must mean you're getting ripped off and you're a fool. It was a big leap to buy a Sleep Number bed, and I had tons of buyer's remorse. But- Cheryl made the purchase part easy. The delivery went smoothly. My husband and I both love our extremely comfortable bed, and notice how terribly we sleep away from it now! It's awesome to be able to adjust the firmness/softness. We love messing with our sleep numbers, and getting the report each day on the various aspects of the quality of our sleep. It's fun and informative. Last of all, Cheryl suggested joining the Insider's Innercircle Rewards club. (I inwardly groaned, because I hate joining these things and getting even more emails!) Let me tell you, DO THIS! I am constantly getting all kinds of free money in my account, lots of BOGOS, and really good discounts. I recently tried their pillows, which I thought were really overpriced. As we entered the store you could see the salespeople huddling waiting to be the first one to pounce. Not a great sight to see as a buyer, however, once we said we were just looking to see what was available they left us alone. Occasionally as we were walking around someone would ask if we needed help but for the most part they left us alone. This allowed my wife and I to look and discuss our needs and budget. The pricing was pretty good and we were convinced that when we were ready we were going to go back and make our purchases.

I'm hoping it's not bed bugs and that they did not hitch a ride home with me :( We were helped immediately as soon as we walked in because we were the only customers there on a weekend. What a huge contrast to how busy it was at the furniture store we stopped by before this one! We were told some helpful things, but after we were promised to be left alone to look around, we were approached a few more times again. It felt rather awkward. Overall, it's really hard for me to recommend Mega Furniture to anyone unless you have a very specific style you're looking for because they do have some furniture pieces that are not what's currently trending. The prices are quite good and it seems if you like a style and there's some nicks and dings, they will discount if not already discounted and there's usually another set or two of the same item or similar style with different color or texture in their warehouse or back of the store. It's always worth asking. Overall, we had a good experience here and saw a nice, though not very extensive selection of furniture that were used previously in their showroom for rental furniture or actually used in offices and homes where their rental furniture is used to furnish those apartments, houses, or offices. A good place to get a few key pieces of furniture for less than full retail if you don't need the top designer brand. There's brand new and gently used items here.

After describing the issue, he offered to swing by my house and see if it was a simple fix or if there was going to be a need for purchasing a part and having it installed. I was not there when he stopped by, but came home to it being fixed with no charge. No parts, no service charge, just Epic Customer Service. Who does that anymore?!?!? I am a customer for life.
