The store has a lot of different mattress types to select from and our salesman, Tyler, was great at helping us narrow down our options. He was knowledgeable and reassuring when it comes to discussing pricing, financing, delivery, etc. It took maybe about 15- 20 minutes for us to get approved for financing to get our mattress and frame purchased and to set up scheduling of delivery. I decided it was time to give the kids a little more comfort regarding their bunk bed mattresses and so I ended up calling here first. I am so glad I did! It was surprising how friendly and accomodating the salesperson Lenae was... I told her exactly what I was looking for and she recommended the Sleepy's Snug 8" Plush Memory Foam mattress in a twin size. I ordered two over the phone. Even with all of the COVID ruckus these guys were on point and willing to accomodate my first suggested pickup time of 4pm same-day, I drove to their westside location and grabbed the item with my guy. The second mattress was not available immediately as they had to order it from the warehouse, with the delivery date confimed this Sunday. We got the one mattress unboxed (since its memory foam and no springs, they shove it in a big box) and I tried it out (we actually all did)... and even though this mattress is sitting on a metal frame bunk bed, it felt like I was laying in buttah! Love, love, love. Thank you guys for all of your help in finding the right product for our girls... also, we bought at the right time apparently because each mattress was marked down, 50% off each... a total of $437ish out of pocket for both. I thought queen size mattresses were 60 inches wide but the one we got today is 58 inches guess that does not matter. Suppose to be a plush bed so far seems more firm, not sure if will like that. Paid for delivery and setup and was told they would remove the mattress I had here all ready. The delivery guys were very rude to me and my husband and acted like they were not suppose to take what we had here. Not happy with the whole experience read more

Why buy a mattress anywhere else? Well.... let me tell you. We purchased 2 complete sets when we were furnishing a new house. Mattresses, springs, frames headboards, the works. Spent almost $2000. We were told that in order to keep the warranty in effect we would need to buy mattress protectors (to the tune of $60 extra each). The mattress protectors had a 10 year warranty. First the one on our bed failed. They (very grudgingly) gave us a replacement. Now that the second one has failed they refuse to stand behind it. We are to contact the manufacturer. They apparently have had such a problem with this product the the company has put "A strict policy in place of not providing replacements" , according to the salesperson. Interestingly, THEY STILL SELL THE EXACT SAME MODEL! I called the "Customer Service line" and was told the same thing. They do not stand behind the product they sell. I will never return to a Sleep Country store, and encourage anyone who reads this to carefully consider any purchases before making them. read more

My husband and I went in to buy a new bed. We are both in need of the adjustable bed due to physical problems we have. We purchased a Cal King split bed, paid cash, and we were okay with waiting 2 weeks for the mattresses to be special ordered. The adjustable bases were already in stock. The night before delivery, I get a call from them stating it will be another two weeks before the bases are available. We are disappointed and upset. Many "reasons" were given as to why the adjustable bases were not really in stock when the computer said they were. Can't say I believe any of them. Beware what you buy from this company. Kelly gave us exceptional service and dedicated the time needed to be certain that the bed fit us just right. I have chronic pain in my lower back and my wife has arthritis. A week after we had the bed delivered we realized we really wanted a king size bed. My wife Toni and I called our mattress consultant, Kelly . We knew the chances of getting a larger bed were slim to none. Kelly called his manager Eric to get an approval to upgrade from a queen to a king size bed. Not only did they approve the upgrade, they were as kind as the day we purchased. This is the most expensive bed (anniversary gift to ourselves)Toni and I have ever bought. Just happened to walk in this store one day, and walked out with a new mattress! Jenna helped me buy the bed, and was super helpful. She took a lot of time with me as I tried and retried a lot of different mattresses. She was very knowledgeable about every bed, and informed me about what I could expect with a firm vs. softer mattress, given my current mattress. She informed me of their "price match guarantee" which I was skeptical of - a lot of mattress stores name their mattresses differently, so it would be hard to find the same mattress in two different places. Jenna then took the time to find the mattress I was interested in in another store's online inventory. She did the searching for me! That, compared with their end of the year clearance sale gave me a pretty great mattress for almost 50% off! I found my mattress-buying experience at sleep country to be better than expected (I was NOT looking forward to it but I need a new mattress because of back pain). i purchased a bed,sleigh frame and two night stands the end of november (they are beautiful and bed is amazing). it was delivered 2 weeks ago and it was a nightmare!!! i cant blame the store as they were wonderful it was the delivery co. . they delayed me out 5 days when items were delivered the frame was scratched in 2 places, the bottom boards were 5 inches off so frame was crooked. one gentleman did not wear booties and was rude so i had dirt brought on my carpet. and delivery was done late in evening they asked at one point if they could deliver at 10:30 at night.. not ok.. i did get $500 discount! 200.00 from sleep country and $300. from delivery co. who had to pay sleep country. i was very dissapointed as this was my first experience with purschasing a bed and having it delivered... the delivery co. district manager did call me and apologize and that was nice... but it was a very aweful delivery experience.... read more
