Great purchasing experience! I went to the store around 7:55pm thinking the store closed at 9pm. The store actually closed at 8pm. When I walked in, I was greeted by Chantelle who was the only one working at the time. She was very friendly, accommodating, and honest. No hard sales pitch or pressure to buy! Although, the store was closed she did not rush us to leave and asked us to check out all the beds to see which one was the best for us. We picked the bed we wanted and she gave us a great deal on the bed. We actually ended buying another bed as she gave us another great deal on it. We ended up leaving the store around 9:15pm. I'm 8 months pregnant and really needed a new mattress (but was kind of dreading having to go shopping). It actually turned out to be a fantastic experience, and I'm thrilled with the mattress set I bought! The sales associate, Brittany, and the manager, Brandon, were both super knowledgeable and told me all about my different options. Brittany was so patient and helpful while I tried out tons of beds and finally found the perfect one for me. What's more, she made it fun -- she and Brandon had me laughing the whole time! Honestly, I can't remember the last time I had such a great time shopping. I came in last weekend for the Labor Day sale as I was in a bad way for a new mattress. Margaret greeted us as we walked in and asked me specific questions as to what I was looking for specifically. Being that this was my first time buying a mattress on my own, I didn't exactly know what I needed. Margaret was patient and kind and asked more questions, and I would ask questions, and we went around the store, and I tried different mattress feels. Eventually I found what I felt was a good fit, and came back on Labor Day to finalize the purchase. I am now just waiting for the delivery. If you need knowledgeable people who can point you to the exact bed fit for all your needs I wouldn't look at any other mattress store or mattress firm. Rob has helped us twice. The first bed was for my boyfriend at the time so he had been looking for his vary own high quality queen mattress. He was excited. I tagged along and got to learn about mattresses as well. I didn't know there was a different type of pillow I fell in love with from the store. Now we're back a year later and ready to get a bigger bed, this time for the two of us. This Mattress Firm at 1620 W. Elliot Rd in Tempe is the best. I had the pleasure of working with the Manager Brandon who went over and beyond to help get my daughter the best mattress. Brandon and the other employees working with and at this location are very professional and took the time to help me and my family to get exactly what we needed. Excellent customer service at this location. My mom was in need of a new mattress so we went to this location. Feeling overwhelmed with all the choices when we walked in, we were quickly reassured by our sales person, Brandon. He told us about the "three comfort types" and he patiently waited as we literally laid down on almost every mattress in the store. He gave honest advice and did not try to sell us the most expensive mattress, just to make a sale (like I've seen at other retailers, promising it's the best). Went to shop for a mattress and went to three different stores, including the dump which was a nightmare!!, and landed at mattress firm. Talked with the store manager for about 5 minutes and he guided me to which beds fit best. They had a lot of clearance beds and also had a bunch of choices on their floor. This was by far the biggest mattress store I have seen. I thought it was a very professional and they had the lowest (and highest) priced beds but I would definitley shop there again!!
