A quick check back just a few days later showed inventory is pretty thin. We're looking forward to enjoying our new furniture in our new home.

It seems though the signs said discounts up to 30%, most of what I saw was only 10% off so it was hard to see the value in that. The service was good. It's sad to see good people losing their jobs. I did tell a few people who really demonstrated good service about the fact that the company I work for is hiring. There are still a lot of nice pieces left and several high end mattresses at a fair price, so if you are in the market it's probably worth the look!

Made me pay in advance. - Made me fill out the receipt for my own rugs and didn't sign it. - Offered to hold on to rugs until I was ready to take them back (convenient) - When I wanted them back he was unresponsive to texts and calls. - The phone number and email addresses on the receipt didn't work. - The website says "this domain may belong to another owner" or something equivalent, and I couldn't contact them through it. - When setting up a time to return the 3 rugs he said I had to remind them the day prior. - No showed on the agreed upon return date and was unresponsive all day. Finally texted me the next day saying I really had to text him the day of, so they could remember because they're so busy. - Finally set up another day to return the rugs but called me that morning to say he could only send 1 guy because they were so busy and there would be no time to help me put them in place, they would just drop them inside my door. He says the guy only speaks Spanish so it probably is best to schedule another day. I told him no worries, I know Spanish, bring the rugs today as planned! - Guy shows up early (I was in a zoom meeting and had to bail) and has 2 of my rugs and 1 random rug that isn't mine. - Thankfully he went back to Talebi and brought me my rug. I had to send a photo of it and my receipt to Talebi to make sure they brought the right one! - The delivery guy was super, and helped me place the rugs. - The rugs are clean but not worth the hassle and worry.

However, saying that I was DEEPLY disappointed during my visit would be an understatement. Upon arrival, I was immediately talked down upon. "Do you know how much these rugs cost?" Is what I was asked. When I reassured the salesman that I was working with a client (not present with me) and that I could afford such a rug, he hesitantly asked his workers to show me a couple of options. Based on the way he communicated with me and his body language along with the fact that I was not impressed with any of the options he was showing me, I decided to leave after maybe 15 mins. I politely thanked him for his time (even though he was not at all friendly towards me since the second I walked in.) Before leaving, the assistant worker asked me for my information which I declined to provide given that I didn't feel safe doing so based on the previously stated interactions. However, since I don't like confrontation, I tried to smooth things over by saying, "I'm not interested in anything at this moment but I'm happy to take your card incase I change my mind and decide to contact you in the future." Following this statement, the main salesmen exploded in anger and kicked me out in a very unprofessional, unkind and completely disrespectful manner. He told me, "Get out of here. I knew you were wasting my time." I will never again go back or recommend this place to anyone. I don't know who owns this showroom but I hope that they figure things out quickly on how to interact with potential customers who walk in through their doors. I was honestly looking for at least 2 oversized antique Persian rugs and could have afforded any rug in the showroom. I don't want to say that I was treated in such a negative way because of the color of my skin but it does make me wonder. I hope this experience doesn't happen to anyone else.

My husband and I searched high and low for another leather couch to replace our old one, but we couldn't find one that we liked as much as our old couch. We finally decided that we were willing to invest in having our old leather couch redone and that's when we found The Leather Hospital. WOW! They have best customer service, the greatest attention to detail, and they are the most honest people around. I received an at-home consultation to discuss all that I wanted to have repaired and they took my couch with them that same day. When my couch was returned I was over the moon! I felt more excited than if I would have purchased a new couch that I knew I wasn't going to love as much as my old couch. Now I have my new-old couch and it is PERFECT! The detail in the stitching, the quality of the leather, and the reconstruction of the support is top-notch! Do not bother looking anywhere else. Their prices are fair and their service is superior! I'm one of those people with awkward pressure sensitive areas and having a mattress that properly supports me is essential if I want a good night's sleep. I have some spinal issues also, so I tend to go for a firmer mattress. This weekend we went shopping for two beds, we first went to Sleep Experts, then to Mattress Firm and then two other stores ... there are 4 different bed stores all within 2 blocks of each other. We found out that these stores were under the same Mattress Firm ownership. However, there are beds (models/brands) at the Sleep Experts store that were not at the other stores. It turns out that Sleep Experts can sell any of the beds from Mattress Firm at the same price, but Mattress Firm cannot sell many of the beds featured at Sleep Experts. There was an obvious "upgrade" in both the quality of many of the beds at Sleep Experts and there was also a HUGE difference in the way we were treated - not rushed, not hard sell. As it turns out, the manager helped us, his name is George Beradze. He asked several questions and made very specific suggestions to get us to focus on the right choices. More importantly he answered all our questions in a way that we could clearly understand. We were also introduced to a semi-automated diagnostics system and decided to give it a try - ironically it came up with the same "go to" suggestions that George previous provided. After we were able to determine which products provided the proper firmness, we thought it was simply a matter of comparing price and warrantee options - and that's when George brought up the most important word - comfort. I was initially shopping for the 'mechanics' of what my body needs for a good night sleep, but because I believed my requirements were so specific to a certain firmness, I figured I would just have be satisfied with the comfort level that comes with the mattress. George started explaining how the beds can provide both comfort and firm support (for people needing a firm mattress). I ended up getting a Dormeo mattress based on the firmness AND comfort - believe me, appears for people who need a firm mattress, you can get both firm support and soft comfort. Only time will tell if this is a good selection, but I know that if it does not prove to be a good fit, Sleep Experts will work with me - I'm not cornered into this mattress. I highly recommend this store and specifically suggest that you ask for George, he literally understands mattresses inside and out and will help you navigate through the process.

We had a misleading sales experience at Mattress Firm that future customers should be aware of…read more We purchased an open-box mattress after the sales associate, Noman, explicitly stated that the mattress came with a 120-day trial period. When we expressed hesitation and said we wanted to leave and think about the purchase, he reiterated the trial period and encouraged us to go ahead, telling us we needed to give the mattress time to break in before we consider refunding or exchanging. At no point during the sales process did he disclose that open-box items are treated as final sale with no returns or refunds. In fact, the open-box option was actively recommended. Only after attempting to exercise what we were told was a trial period did we learn that Mattress Firm considers the purchase non-refundable. This was not a misunderstanding or failure to read fine print. The trial period was affirmatively represented--multiple times--and used to overcome our hesitation, while the no-refund policy was not disclosed at the time of sale. That omission materially affected our decision to purchase. Had the final-sale condition been clearly stated, we would not have proceeded. If Mattress Firm's policy is that open-box mattresses are final sale, customers should be told this clearly and unambiguously before payment, especially when a "trial period" is discussed. Expecting customers to infer or independently discover such a critical term is unreasonable. This experience raises serious concerns about sales practices and training at this location. I strongly advise anyone shopping here to get all terms in writing and to be especially cautious with open-box items. Transparency matters. This transaction lacked it.

I have worked with E&D Plastics for a couple of years now in a professional realm. I own a frame shop (The Gallery Frame Shoppe + Goods) in Wichita Falls, Texas -- finding someone to make acrylic wall frames + sandwich frames for us is a challenge here locally, so we reached out to E&D for our acrylic needs. Our professional relationship started off great, but diminished rather fast. In order to get frames made for my customers, I put up with their demeaning attitudes + lack of customer service. My last experience with them, on 1/5/21 was by far the worst experience I've ever had with any company in any setting. I ordered a 36x48" acrylic floater frame for a customer on 12/1/20. Lynn and I discussed exact dimensions, the height the floater frame needed to be, etc. to accommodate a shorter canvas than the usual 1.5" depth. They make custom acrylic pieces, though. so that shouldn't be a problem, right? I was told it would take 2-3 weeks, by 12/29/20 I reached out asking about it's status (as I have to plan + make the trip to Dallas from Wichita Falls to pick it up), to which Lynn replied, "it's ready." Bizarre, I wasn't emailed or called? So, I make the trip to Dallas to pick it up. It's wrapped completely in clear wrap -- I trust them, so Lynn and I load it up and I'm back on the road. I get to my shop, unwrap the floater frame to find that it is nearly an inch taller than it was supposed to be and has one unacceptable, rounded out corner (please reach out for photos). I called, left messages, emailed Lynn regarding the issue -- to which I finally get a reply saying that they'll refund me + refuse to make a new frame (please reach out for photos). So, I'm left without a frame for my customer who has now waited over a month for her order to be ready. I'm completely appalled by their lack of customer service -- all future orders (including this botched order) will go to Bill's Plastics. I cannot fathom treating my customers like I've been treated by E&D.
