Answered countless questions and details before settling on a bed. Ernie was never pushy to close a sale, and spent a good deal of time with me before deciding on a bed. Once I did make a final selection and scheduled delivery, the team with John and Corey was a breeze. They showed up on time, removed my old bed, and set up the new one without haste. The guys made sure everything was set up properly and took away all the packing materials. Comfortable and solid. However, Customer service is very uneven. The sales man was fine in the showroom but was also part of the delivery team, when they arrived at my house, a friendly guy asked where the bed was going- I said upstairs, and the salesman said s***, shook his head no and walked away... he didn't make any more direct contact with me for the 7 minutes it took them to unload, bring the bed and box upstairs and put it on my frame. The other fellow was friendly and did most of the work, including clearly bearing the lions share of bringing the bed upstairs. Bottom line: great price in showroom, terrible customer service.

Kristie was amazing, no pressure and helped us make sure it would fit with our box spring before buying. We were able to get it delivered the next day and at a very reasonable price. John was also amazing! He was on time and set it all up for us so we didn't have to do a thing! He also took our old boxspring that was in the garage for a very small fee.
