My wife and I went into mattress firm on Monday September 19th 2022. We didn't initially intend on buying a new mattress and had no plans of actually going to mattress firm it was definitely one of those impulse decisions where you quickly decide to stop somewhere to "just look", but I was deeply curious about the "Purple" mattresses, as I received a TON of advertisements. When we arrived the floor sales woman Deb approached us and our adventure began. Deb was phenomenal, she was thorough and walked us through the make of each purple mattress, what makes them unique, why they're popular, how they wear, even feedback from other purple owners. In the end my wife and I adored Deb and the purple mattress and we left that day with a new mattress and an adjustable base (you have to get one! It's changed how we sleep). Deb is the best and I hope her bosses recognize her because if not I'll offer her a job with my team! (She also ensured that our mattress was worth it for us! The store inside was ok. We asked to see mattresses. The person mumbled and pointed towards another room. We were met by an older man who was not helpful. We asked him to show us the merchandise from the website. There was no available merchandise from the website there. We asked about the showroom floor mattresses. He had none available, delivery days away. We left empty handed. read more

Walked in to purchase a mattress on the cheaper side. Marguerite greeted us warmly and showed us what our choices were for our price range. We picked the best of that lot but weren't all that happy. She then showed us an upgraded mattress that was more than twice the cost but was so much better. She said they had one in the warehouse that someone else tried out and didn't like. We picked that one and saved a boat load of money. We've slept on it for a couple months now and are elated with our purchase. We are so thankful for Marguerite. After a horrible day of bed frame shopping in Tacoma & Seattle, we weren't very excited to go mattress shopping. We went to the local Sleep Country Plus and were immediately surprised. It is beautifully clean and set up really well. The salesman, Ryan, approached us without making us feel like prey and started working his mattress-matching on us. He encouraged us to lay on different mattresses for as long as we wanted, talked mattress science to us to answer our questions without going too far over our heads (coil count, spring alignment, foam, there's a lot more to mattresses than we thought), and he figured out a way to meet our goals that day! We took home a king mattress / box springs set that day, on clearance, and he made us feel great about our purchase. It's been over a week and we're in love with our mattress. I am somewhat disappointed that it will last 25 years because the process of purchasing this one was such a delight, I would do it again each year. read more

I initially gave a five star rating based on the service we received in the store. On delivery day, we are learning that service was not as great as we had thought. We were assured that all bedding that we ordered with the beds was in stock. Two weeks later, on delivery day, we received a call informing us it was not. Now, we are supposed to have new beds delivered, but in order to have bed linen to sleep on those beds, we must go to the mall to find linen for our first night on the beds. It wouldn't be so bad if the mall were not 50 miles away. Here is an edit to my review. I have raised my rating of Sleep Train based on service from Marguerite and Deb at the Sequim store and based on the service of the two who delivered the beds. Aside from my five star experience with these four people, I would give Sleep Train a one star rating. We ordered four sets of in stock sheets. One was delivered. We ordered two beds. The wrong base was delivered for one of them. The guys who delivered were apologetic and did a very professional job over all. Deb, at the Sequim store went overboard in getting things right and has promised to get the replacement base out quickly. The beds and bedding appear to be high quality, but since they are new, my rating has nothing to do with the quality of merchandise, just the service. read more

Wonderful experience at Sleep Country! Marguerite was so helpful in explaining the differences of all the mattresses, and allowed my fiancé and I enough time to make our selection. When the bed we chose ended up being much higher than our price range, she was quick to check online to see if they had that mattress in their clearance section. Thankfully, someone had returned the same mattress after only ten days and marguerite was able to secure it for us! We saved over $1000 on a super nice bed, and didn't have to go to a budget mattress store. I came in to find out about replacing my bed and met Marguerite, the store manager. She was incredibly polite, welcoming and very informative. She took the time to help me find exactly I was looking for. After about an hour of discussing and testing beds, I had made my decision. First time in the store and I was fortunate enough to have Debra on duty to guide me through the task of buying a new bed set. I was pleased enough by the experience that I returned and bought a second bed set with Debra's patient and helpful knowledge of the multitude of choices this store has. The store even delivers and sets it all up seven days a week! The price? They even price check the Internet for the lowest price and match it for you. If I had a third bedroom I'd buy here again. Stay clear of this place. Bed fell apart in 3 months and had to be replaced. Replacement bed lasted less than 9 months---same issue and something that has never happened to me in 50 years. They said they had changed the name of the business and that they would not honor the warranty. Same people, same location, same product but a new name of the business and the warranty evaporates??? See many of the same issues at BBB and other ranking sites too. Much better to shop right next door at Costco for a better product and a company that will stand by their warranty. New bed from Costco now 4 years old without any issues. read more

I ordered a king bed and frame, when they brought the bed they didn't bring the bed frame.The lady tried to bribe me with a free bed frame to come on here and give a good review. Took the bed frame and it was junk, had to go and get another one at another local store. Have got several beds here they have all been great beds. Stopped by the Sequim store to check out what they might have that would meet our needs for a foam gel mattress bought at another business. Turned out that was a very wise decision on our part. The sales folk, while very friendly and outgoing, were also very knowledgeable and helpful.
