The integrity is what I appreciate most. Only two small nits to pick: 1. Ken is not an overtly friendly guy. That can be perceived as rude, but I saw no rudeness whatsoever. And, I didn't care as long as he stood by his product, which he did. Ken: As a sales guy, I can tell you that it always helps to make them like you. Smile. 2. We received items from another store. The delivery guys automatically took their shoes off upon entering. (Very light carpets.) Ken's guys did not. But they were very good and weren't carrying lots of dirt on their shoes.

I asked for some sort of work ticket acknowledging I had dropped it off at that location, and he rudely told me that they didn't do anything like that. So, I started wheeling my chair back towards the door to leave while explaining I wasn't going to leave it there without proof, and he began hurling derogatory insults at me. My take, you have a 50/50 chance of have a friendly experience at this store. I would also say the same for the quality of product as well.

Firstly on 4/25/19 when we were in store he incorrectly wrote two twin beds on my order slip but we talked about a king. When I called him the next day over the phone 4/26/19 he said he thought we may like twins in case we ever end up buying adjustable frames in the future. I advised him no, and he said to discuss with my husband and get back to him by Wednesday 5/1 as he had not placed the order yet. I texted him on Monday, 4/29 we were cancelling the order altogether at this time since he hadn't ordered anything for us yet. I didn't hear anything from him but two weeks later I got a bill in the mail but hadn't received the product.... I again messages him asking what was going on and he pretended like everything was okay. I advised we had canceled the order and he said he hadn't seen the text... when I said I never even got the product he mentioned he was storing it for us (despite the fact we discussed having it shipped to us directly). I advised that I wanted a full refund and asked that he cancel the order again. He said no refunds, only exchanges. I advised he hadn't even placed the order when I got back to him and then he responded that had after our call about the incorrect info on invoice. I advised again to cancel because he told me I had 5 days to get back to him and he ignored us after. He started texting me a whole guilt shaming message about his heart condition and needing to feed his kids and basically saying that I don't have a right to change my mind. Very unprofessional. It's been 4 weeks that I canceled (without product in hand) and stopped responding to him after a while as he is unwilling to help. Never ever again will I do business with BoxDrop. They can keep their product in warehouse where it belongs!

Paid extra for new boxsprings to be set up and take away our old boxsprings. Great, easy peasy, so I thought. Delivery comes and delivery guys say the boxsprings don't fit after they have pulled our bed apart, they're too big. Jensen- you ordered the wrong size when you had the previous size mattress right in front of you on your tablet. Wait there's more, It gets even better! I come home and my husband says the front door was left wide open by these delivery guys when they left, he was upstairs when they left and he wasn't happy when he went downstairs and found our front door wide open. Who leaves a customers front door wide open when they leave-Mattress Firm delivery guys do! Then I go upstairs to our bedroom and I can't believe they didn't put our bed back together, mattress is on its side, old boxsprings are standing against the wall, they left our bed torn apart, a complete mess. If my husband and son weren't home this night I would have never been able to put the bed back together by myself. We decided to cancel the entire order and will buy new box springs somewhere else. The way our bedroom was left did it for me, not what I expected when I got home from a long day. Complete waste of time! Tanner was great on the phone and refunded the entire amount! Thank you Tanner. Sorry it didn't work out too, was such an easy sale. I really hope Mattress Firm trains these 2 delivery guys in customer service on what not to do and do in a customers home! While I did encounter some setbacks from my initial shopping experience, after talking to Penny I will be giving Mattress Firm another chance the next I need a new mattress. We bought a Stressless chair, which they sell many of, in the 90s, and it's still my favorite chair in the house. Even the delivery people love working there and care about your satisfaction. We live in a condo where they had to carry a large piece of furniture up four flights of stairs. One board got slightly banged up; they showed it to us, took pictures, sent them back to their manager, and assured us they would take care of it. Later, the owner came out, fixed the dings enough where we were happy, but he wasn't. He said this will do until we can get you a replacement because you bought something new, and you shouldn't have something newly fixed; you should have something you know is new. I can go on and on about what a great experience and value it is to shop there, but most have probably stopped reading this by now. We've actually made a couple of purchases at this particular store in the past 6 months after moving to the Poulsbo area. Our first purchase went off without a hitch and we felt like we got a pretty good deal, at the time we just needed a king size bed with an adjustable base, got what we wanted and everything was delivered a few days later. After that experience we decided to go back when we realized that it was time to update two of the guest beds in our home, this time we went in looking for a queen size bed with an adjustable base, a twin mattress, and 3 pillows. While shopping our sales rep kept pushing the "awesome cash back deal" with their credit card. Essentially, make a purchase that day, put it on their synchrony bank card, and get a decent chunk of change back. We were reluctant but he eventually talked us into it. Well here we are a few months later and still no cash back from our large purchase. We called the bank that the card is issued from and they informed us that the purchase was made outside of the promotional period. The sales rep seriously spent an hour trying to sell us on this damned cash back card and failed to mention that the promotion had ended? I mean this is just downright fraud in an effort to scam customers into signing up for their credit card. At this point we're ready to just return everything that we purchased, get our money back, and report the fraudulent activities going on at this location.
