The "bitchy" ladies behind the desk must be the reason for it. Stonewalled any questions we had about if they had anything more in the warehouse. Flyer said they were clearing out all inventory including what was in their warehouse. Only had Queen bedroom sets on the floor and we wanted a king. We were told that they could only look it up by specific set number and to check with a sales person. So we did. And what did he do when we asked. Go straight to that same desk to ask. I think she saw who he was asking for and told him the same thing. With a snotty attitude I will add. How were they planning on selling out of inventory when they wouldn't even check the inventory. ‍. We left and after calming down we decided we'd try the Wilson store. TOTALLY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE!!! Sales man was over the top helpful and checked on inventory. AND we left with a king size full bedroom set that was totally in stock in the warehouse. I'll finish with this, I hate their going out of business after 138 years but evidently there their tired of dealing with the repeat customers.

Every mattress they sell is shrunk into a bag (even the hybrids which are supposed to have springs), but they deliver it, unwrap it, and let it pop up quickly. It's a good place to test different brands, but they clearly push the Helix brand with 5 or so beds on display. Helix is good quality, but overly padded and quilted. Not good for hot sleepers, especially once you add a mattress pad and sheets. It'll also cost $2500, which is still cheaper than most Mattress Firm beds. I ended up with a Casper Dream which is really nice. The beds on display are not your only options. You don't have to get the highest end versions.

She helped us pick out and put the bedroom set package our roommate needed together and arranged delivery and setup for us. We were surprised and pleased to get a delivery date for the week we move in - in the past we've had to wait as long as six weeks for furniture orders to arrive. Our sales experience was awesome and definitely added to the fun of buying and settling into our new house. I'm especially happy about our extended mattress warranty, because we do have pets, and sometimes accidents occur despite best efforts with waterproof mattress covers, etc. It really gives us peace of mind. If you have pets, it's definitely worth the extra expense. I highly recommend this store. Example: Fresh bread from bakery. I tried to order several different kinds of fresh baked bread and each time, they were out of stock. Not just one kind but every kind of bread. No one ever answers the phone at Walmart. Not only that, I have specific directions to where my house is located and my neighbors kept having to bring my groceries to me. Several times the groceries were not delivered at all because the delivery person could not find my house. I saw the delivery person right in front of my house, I like Walmart but it is getting the store seems not to care about their loyal customers.
