We went into this store after going to a competitor down the hallway, and we were so happy with the service we received that we purchased a mattress on the spot. They have financing options, which were fabulous, and as it is Memorial Day weekend, they had several sales happening. We were very happy with the service we received and absolutely delighted with the mattress that we purchased. They will deliver it and haul away the old mattress free of cost. The store is great. I was indecisive about which mattress to buy and most stores only have a few to try so I went to the company flagship store for the Raleigh region. They have a complete assortment of all products, and all the associated items like sheets, pillows etc. My sales person was Joe. He was from their Georgia store and helping out. He provided me the best shopping experience. Full of product knowledge he guided me through the different mattresses and made it super easy to narrow down my choices even going as far as laying down sanitary disposable sheets on two beds so I could do a back and forth comparison. Joe was also able to clearly explain the different bases offered and I tried every option. My shopping experience was 1.5 hours long and he was positive and helpful the entire time. This bed is premium priced and I got the white glove treatment shopping. In the end I bought the product that was exactly right for me and if it is as good as this shopping experience I should be set for a long time.

Let me start by saying that I have been a long time customer of Clay's. But my recent experience for the repair of a Stihl Kombi hedge trimmer was vert disappointing. On my call ahead and at drop off, there was no mention of needing the head unit to service. I run several other attachments, so I needed it to be in service while I waited for repair (quoted as 2 weeks). The next day I received a text that a Stihl dealer had no way of attaching it to a unit. So, I made my second trip there in 3 days to deliver the unit. I received a text to pick up the equipment and my request for blade sharpening was not "noted on the ticket" or performed. And to top it off, upon attaching the unit at home, the head is on almost backwards. I reached out to the general manager via text, Mr. Mack McCorkle, and there was no accountability taken, instead telling me that I did not review my service ticket & the head was brought in that way. At the end of the day, the head adjustment is simple, but what's really disappointing is the lack of accountability or customer focused service and offers to rectify the situation. I will certainly look elsewhere for my next service and purchase.

This store is a subsidary of Ashley furniture so you get the furniture without the commintment or customer service. First of all my husband and I went to the store to purchase furniture in March for our upcoiming move that would be happening in May of the same year. We were told in store when we made the purchase, which was financed by the way that everything was in place. We would however have to pay $140.00 dollars but that it could be paid all the way up to the day before delivery. We were told this by the manger and sales rep. Fast forward to weeks before the move I called in and paid the for the delivery and was told that I would hear from Maria on the day of dlivery. My husaband I took the day off to move things to the new location. Around miday I call Maria, who tells me that my order was not placed until to the 23rd of May and that they were looking in the warehouse to accomodate me because my order was not scheduled to be in to the 21st of May and it April 27th currently. i argued that this could not be possible as I made this order months in advance and was assured that there would be no delays. She told me she didn't know why this happened but that the order had jiust been placed. I recieved a part of my secctional that same day. Called back to the store to talk to manager who by the way is never available when you call. Only to be told by Miguel that no order is processed until all the moneys are paid, which is completely different from what I was told to my face at the store. Over several days and communciations with Maria I requested for the delivery to be refunded which she stated that she requested from the cooporate office. She then offered me a vacation package instead of the delivery fee. I acceped but we will reivist that in a minute. On or about May 15th I was contacted by text message from a delvery driver asking if I would be at thome to get furniture which no one called or alerted me that anything was coming that day. I got off work to get the furniture only for them to come with the wrong part of the sectional. The next I got a call from Maria not apologizing for the inconciences but telling me that I could possibly get the furntiure on Saturday if it came in. It didn't of coarse no call no show. Finally on May 20th we recieved the rest of the sectional still with no call ahead just a text message asking if we would be home to recieve it. The level of unprofessionalism displayed thru Ashley Furniture,/ Furniture World is unbeliveable, please save yourself the hassel but if you don't. Don't accept the vacation package it will cost you 300-400 and a fee to access it. SO either way this is a losing situation and they don't care about what you go through. Maria sounds fed up with the crap herself and is not professional or very appologetic. JUST SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE unless you have to!!!! I will never buy from them or Ashley Furniture due to this situation and I think they ought to to be ashamed putting people through this kind of situation in this economy.

Then we went to Rooms Xpress. Drew was awesome and went above and beyond to help me out. He worked with me to find something I liked, that could be made and delivered in time, and then he gave me a discount. He texted his furniture rep to confirm my timeline could be met, and guaranteed a preferred delivery slot to accommodate the place where it would be delivered. He even held two delivery times for me in case there was a delay in the shipment. He kept me informed the whole time so I didn't have to worry about this furniture. Delivery went off without a problem and his delivery team was able to follow the non-standard directions. Now my son won't be sleeping on the floor. I will definitely shop here the next time I need furniture.
