We wanted this to be a piece of furniture that would last through a home with young children and pets, so we paid a high price for that. We were told that this fabric would be stain resistant and durable, and that if it were stained it could be easily cleaned, so that's what we went with. EVERYTHING stains this couch, including water. Any attempt to clean it makes the stains worse and at this point (6 months into owning it), parts of the couch look like they are ten years old, while we have been very careful with it. This isn't necessarily Jerry's' fault, but the way they have handled this situation leaves a lot to be desired. We reached out the first time something stained the couch and the cleaner made it worse, and we were told we were probably cleaning it wrong. Okay. We changed product and method. No product works on this couch. I finally reached back out to them, and have been given nothing but the runaround. I am told that since "no one else" has had this issue there is nothing they can do. Seriously? They have reached out to the factory and since no one else has complained, they basically told me I was making it up. Yikes. Most recently (weeks ago) I was told they would test the fabric. Since then I have not been contacted to bring in a cushion or fabric sample. Next time I want to buy a couch, I will go somewhere else where I won't be told what I want to hear just so they can get a sale. We made the decision to shop small and support a local business in hopes of receiving exceptional customer service, and ever since we handed over our money it's been terrible.

They are a part of Orrville's Runions' Furniture and carry various styles of furniture: couches, tables, beds, mattresses, lighting, home accents and misc gifts. They have the typical big name furniture brands like Serta and La-Z-Boy but also modern styling and patterns from brands like Trica, Norwalk and Steven Shell, the former I've always liked. They're also carrying Luminara candles and Coblentz chocolates, I'm guessing for the upcoming holiday season. If you're not in the market for furniture have a walk through to experience all they have. You might find something small for you or a friend. Friendly staff that aren't at all pushy. There's a side showroom of discounted items, which has a clever name, but forget what it is.

We needed a queen mattress/box spring in one location, and 2 twin mattresses/box springs in another location. She gave us the best prices possible, called the warehouse to see what was available and when it could be delivered, and gave us free mattress pads for each mattress. I had a hard time understanding the person from another country. They wanted to send out a local repair place that has 1 star rating. From what I read I definitely did not want him to come out to look at our refrigerator. I called Bennet's back to see if I could just pay their repair technician to come out and look at it. They said they don't have repair technicians anymore. Had I know this, I definitely would not have purchased my refrigerator there. She hired the handyman they use to install the appropriate electric and install the unit in the window. She called me stating the unit was damaged. My husband went to look at it, called them and sent pictures of the damage. The front cover wouldn't even close and he used duct tape to keep it in tact. The handyman called my husband back and said he would come back and look at it. He never showed. I called the store and they never offered to replace the unit. Instead simply stated "well it's working". I explained that my sister paid good money for a new conditioner and it should be in new condition and not damaged. The girl just wanted to argue with me. I told her I didn't like the way we were being treated and wanted to bring it back for a refund. I asked for the owner to call me. I never got a call back. Is this the Hometown service they pride themselves with? I think not. The 80 year old that has the issue with your mattress and 8 months later still not rectified. I suggest you take them to small claims to get your money back. How sad that they take advantage of the elderly and disabled. Unfortunately my sister passed away last week with this issue still on her mind. I've never experienced such poor customer service.
