Edrees wasn't pushy, took his time to explain what he was doing when having us test out like 7 different models & their features, and then left us alone for a few to make up our own minds. It was a good processes and we felt good about the decision. This brands are all solid and well-known, and their process seems pretty tight. Give yourself an hour or so if you go, it's no surprise these things aren't inexpensive and you're going to spend a quarter of your life in bed, so make it count.

I went in looking to purchase a new mattress to replace the one I had for 15 years... My back was hurting me so much, and it was time to do something about it. Having seen the promotion going on with the mattress firm, I decided to walk in and see what they could do. I was met by a person who, at that time, I thought was a great person, very personable I'll be at with very bad teeth (watch out for that folks eww!) I looked at several mattresses and finally decided on one, but I really needed to get the sheets and a pillow to fit that mattress! The bundle, normally selling for over $500, he was able to give it to me for less than 400. I thought that was a great deal when we sat down to work out the financing and delivery details, he said everything would arrive the next day by delivery (Today, in fact... This review comes the day after of the sale). What a not so awesome surprise, when the delivery truck arrived, the delivery people, very nice gentleman by the way, brought in the new mattress, had me sign the receipt of delivery and of course took the old mattress. "Wait a minute! Where is the pillow/sheet bundle that I purchased?" The delivery people had no idea what I was talking about, and when they showed me closely the delivery receipt, there was no mention of the bundle! After they left I made an urgent call to the local show room, where salesman/liar Michael told me, "oh that's right, it comes from the manufacturer to you. It should arrive in a few days, or in a few weeks." I mean, WTF!!! Pardon my expletive! The sheets that I had for the mattress that the delivery people hold away, does not even fit this mattress! I have nothing to cover it with, and I have nothing to sleep on! Like I said earlier, if salesman/liar Michael had actually told me the truth, yes I would probably not have made the purchase, but I would've left with a good feeling that I had been taken care of and the truth would have been told. The lesson here: WATCH OUT AND DO NOT WORK WITH MICHAEL!!! If I could render this review with ZERO STARS, I would!

Came back to talk with Alberto (who was super nice and worked with me patiently) on comparing prices. He was able to match for the cheaper price if I was able to buy that set that day or next day and get delivery by Monday. I went ahead and got it. Fast forward to Monday. I got a call from Alberto saying their delivery guys could only find two of the three pieces for my order to deliver. I could get a black/white set (in picture below) or try another set that was similar at no additional charge since their was an error on the factory end. He sent a text with the picture of the available option which I also really liked and I decided to go with it. They delivered it by 4pm on Monday. Delivery guys were super fast and polite. I would highly recommend using them again even with the slight hiccup they handle extremely well. Picture 1: set in the store they had to showcase. Buying a mattress is a bit like buying a new car- you only do it every few years, and a lot changes in the interim, so I had checked out the ratings with Consumer's Reports. Problem is, there are so many new brands and types of mattresses on the market, it's difficult to do apples to apples comparisons. We decided to go to the closest place, Mattress Warehouse, in Tenleytown. We were met by Fatima, who was very friendly and helpful, having us first use their evaluator device, which is supposed to ascertain the optimal fit for you. Fatima showed us numerous mattresses, based on our needs. She was nice enough to provide us with sanitary coverings to lie on, as these mattresses have been used a lot and tend to get a bit grungy. Fatima also introduced us to Mr. Clarence, the manager, who was also friendly and helpful, while not being pushy and trying to force us to decide right away. We looked at several models and price points, some of which, while nice, were quite a bit above our budget. Note: let them know what your budget is, and they won't waste your (and their) time showing things above it. Our issue: I am always cold and side sleep, husband is hot and sleeps on his stomach. So we wanted to stay away from memory foam, and unfortunately, some of the others we were curious about have separate sales outlets and run into the thousands of dollars- too, too much. After a lot of try outs and head scratching, we took a break for lunch to mull over our options and make a decision. We did stop by the other big chain, (Mattress Firm) and their selection wasn't impressive. We came back to the store and Fatima wrote up our sale, and Mr. Clarence offered us a free cooling pillow, to go with the one purchased for my "hot headed" hubs. All in all, we had a positive experience in the store, and our new mattress arrived this morning, delivered by two guys who were in and out in 60 seconds, taking the old mattress with them. Note: Show the delivery guys a little love with a tip- lugging mattresses around all day is hard work. It remains yet to be seen if we made the right choice. On June 2nd, the items were delivered but the queen sized box spring would not fit up the stairs. The delivery company took the box spring and told me to contact the store to get a split box spring instead. Since then, I have called over and over again. They never answer the phone and won't return my messages. One time, I got a person on the phone who told me he would call me right back but he never did. I am forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Luckily it is a $200 box spring and not a $3,000 mattress. I would NEVER trust this company with an expensive purchase. UPDATE - I emailed the customer service address provided in the comment below and no one responded (at least 5 days ago).
