We recently purchased a Tempur-Pedic Ergo Sleeptracker from Mattress Nation. My husband was ill and needed this adjustable base and Laura Hammon at Mattress Nation working with Kristi Reiner's at ECO in Carmel did an outstanding job of getting the adjustable bed and mattress so that my husband could be comfortable sleeping after being in the hospital. Laura went above and beyond to get us a loaner mattress when the mattress we ordered was not yet available. Our 8 year old BeautyQueen Luxe had some permanent indentations that were finally too uncomfortable. Frances expertly steered me toward foam which to me wasn't so great a decade ago. Trying the Tempur-Pedic LuxeBreeze firm was eye opening and we were really lucky she was able to get one delivered from the warehouse in only a couple of weeks. Note there's no discounting with TP but Frances did explain to me the national holiday discounts, very straightforward. My wife's back pain subsided so we're happy. =) Tips: A TP firm does take a few weeks to break in, also you might need to try different pillows to have it all really click together. read more

We went in the other day and found the perfect mattress! The salesman was very helpful and was able to arrange for us to get delivery in 2 days despite being sold out of the mattress we wanted. He also threw in a mattress protector for free, saved us $150! On delivery day the truck broke down despite that and informing us there might be a significant delay in our delivery the guys were here at 4:30! Delivery window was 2:00-6:00pm. Needed a new queen mattress, and was looking for a Simmon's black. I previously owned a king Black and had to downsize due to moving. Walked in at 4:59 PM, just a minute before closing and was happily helped by Ryan, the owner. He explained the differences between the Simmon's firmness and design elements of Simmon's Platinum and Black series with a level of expertise that was shocking. He also covered sheets, pillows, and mattress cover options, explaining the pro's con's of each. He even called the place where I had previously bought to ensure I was buying the correct firmness of my last mattress. Wow! While I won't go into the details, he worked a great deal, including providing a loaner mattress for 2 weeks before the Simmon's could arrive. His crew delivered the loaner on time on the date/time expected and the Simmon's arrived on-time, as expected. His crew was friendly and professional. - Knowledgeable - 100% on-time, as promised delivery experience - Great price While Ryan is probably more in the background on the day to day, his knowledge and expertise undoubtedly passed through to his sales team as he is responsible for all training. Mattress: Mattress firmness and the material/type is a personal preference, but I cannot say enough about the quality of Simmon's Black - Luxury Firm, Mariela line. I have owned Black's for 6 years now and will never go back. My partner and I recently purchased a mattress from Mattress Nation. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and easy going. It was a tough decision for both of us as we were both needing something slightly different from our mattress. After coming to a decision the purchase couldn't have been easier, complete with a prompt delivery, including some lovely sheets and pillows with a discounted price during the Covid crisis, which was greatly appreciated. If you haven't tried the techno gel pillows you don't know what you're missing. Sadly, after a couple of weeks we knew the mattress was the wrong choice for us. Mike, one of the owners, couldn't have been cooler about the return/exhchange policy. We settled on another bed, this time, my choice, the hybrid tempurpedic, which by the way, is the most comfortable mattress I have ever laid on. Not only was the exchange easy, but, the prices were lower than they should have been due to kindness on their part. I will never purchase a mattress from anyone else, nor should you. When I decided it was time for a new mattress, I looked at Yelp for reviews and read glowing reviews. I like the idea of "buy local". In Dec., I wandered into the store, greeted by Mike, and told him I wanted a Tempurpedic. He asked questions and I settled on the medium hard, Because I have a platform bed, I didn't think I needed a base, and bought some fantastic pillows. The mattress was delivered by Mike & Ryan and I realized I did need a base. Ordered it and had another delivered set up when it arrived. The day of the delivery, I must have been dead to the world on my luxurious new mattress. Did not hear the alarm or Mike and Ryan knocking on the door. Gads - I was so embarrassed. They were so very gracious and came back the next day with no extra charge. It was a great experience buying from Mike and Ryan. After a tree crashed through our house and ruined our mattress my boyfriend and I were in a pinch to get a new one. It was our first time purchasing a new mattress and we were nervous it was going to be a difficult process (we were wrong). Last Saturday I was in Monterey for my birthday on the way back down to Los Angeles after staying in a B&B in Sonoma Valley and I couldn't get their mattress out of my head, so I decided I'd check out Mattress Nation since it was walking distance from the aquarium where I was spending most of the day. I originally thought I'd just test out some mattresses but order it online once I was back home and take advantage of the Memorial Day sales. I was greeted by Martin who knew exactly which mattresses would be equivalent to the one at the B&B (the specific model is no longer manufactured). I was upfront about the fact that I was just going to test them and buy when back in LA and Martin was never pushy to make a sale but was helpful in answering my questions on the mattresses and pillow needs. After spending some time just bonding over life experiences, I asked if they'd be able to ship to LA and remove my old mattress and when he confirmed it was possible I decided I'd much rather support a great team like this than just go online (and honestly I don't think I'd get the same kind of customer service at a store in LA). Sorry, but when the first mattress I am shown (even after stating that I'm not looking for anything fancy) is a $4,000+ Tempurpedic, well, you've already lost me. After that rather disappointing experience, I hopped online to Yelp (of course) to find another mattress retailer and came across Mattress Nation. Well, if you are like me, then their stellar reviews are what will get your attention. And let me tell you, those reviews are dead on accurate. I walked in and spoke with Mike and told him what I was looking for and what he first showed me was what I ended up buying within 10 minutes of walking in. The bed was perfect and it was exactly what I was looking for and at a really excellent price point compared to the competition. Moreover, I appreciated and was very grateful for the straightforward and honest help that Mike provided to me. So, after buying the mattress I was working on picking a date for delivery. And since I didn't know exactly which day I could move in, we settled on an arbitrary date in the future and set it at that.
