I called ahead to ask a few preliminary questions and Glen answered all of them with enthusiasm and clarity. So far so good. We visited the store that afternoon and Glen greeted us with a glowing smile and a hardy handshake. He began by asking a few questions to help him select 5 mattress set that would best satisfy our expectations. As we tested each set, Glen provided meaningful additional details about each one that demonstrated his vast knowledge and experience in the mattress industry. Within 20 minutes we were sold on a high-end Sealy Posturepedic pillowtop set with all the key features we wanted at an unbelievable bargain price. I know because like I said, I did my extensive research ahead of time. Glen and his assistant personally delivered our set the next day (a Sunday) at exactly the time he said he would (12:15 pm)! I kind of went in knowing what I was looking for anyway and did find a small foot rest that sort of matched my black leather couch with the cushion attached with velcro. The price was $50--which I was not willing to spend that day. The shelf was a bust, but they did have a decent selection of bed frames, mattresses, tables, chair and couches on the sales floor. Waking up daily feeling like you was hit by a bus & all your pressure points are screaming and you have to take 10 mins just to get up out of bed and hurt all day and have to use pain patches, rollers, sprays, meds, ice/heat pads, Epsom salt baths DAILY. I came in for over a 8 month period sampling mattresses. I tried every bed only being able to try a few each day, because my back would start to shoot pain and aching so I wouldn't be able to choose because of how bad my pain was. They have a one trade out policy if you don't like the mattress you purchased. I had others who helped with my prior 2 purchases they were great as well, but when I got them home to sleep 1st way to soft, 2nd way to firm and she worked with me with a 3rd and I went thru the whole process again and tested beds. I came multiple times throughout the weeks to test beds and she found me the perfect bed! She explained each bed with details and comfort levels and why THIS mattress would be perfect! Stating my body was aligned with the mattress and spine was level and people with curves this mattress hugged to those heavier areas but still kept you aligned. Today is the FIRST day ever since finding out in 2003 about my Fibromyalgia that I was able to sleep throughout the night not tossing and turning, not shoving pillows around me, and under me to relieve pressure points, to being able to wakeup without ONE throbbing/sharp pain pressure point screaming. I wokeup emotional and relieved for the first time in MANY years. THANK YOU ELLY from every fiber of my body for giving me relief that I'd never thought I would have! Many blessings to you!
