Quick, easy and great customer service! Called several mattress stores and they gave me the run-around. Called Ramin at the Mattress Stop...told him I wanted a box spring for $130 or less and needed it delivered asap. He beat the price and gave it to me for $120, including white glove delivery where they remove your old box spring and install your new one. Very happy customer! read more

Ramin... I know I said I wouldn't yelp until I received my new beds but I thought I would do a two parter....so. Here goes. Part 1... Went in late Tuesday night to look at beds with intention to buy and take home... Only needed 1 bed... After looking, laying feeling and touching we made some decisions ... Delivery day is Saturday.... But RAMIN.... So cool and down to earth... Made us feel kinda like family and made it super easy to make some decisions... Haven't gotten the beds yet as I said earlier but dealing with RAMIN was awesome.... Met with Ramin tried several mattresses. I must have expensive taste because it seemed like Every one we liked in other stores was Sooo expensive. Saw the reviews on Yelp and decided to give them a try. Ramin was super knowledgable and helpful. He recommended several based on what were were looking at latex style instead of memory foam. Found one for an amazing price, much less than other places we checked out. Our bed is so comfortable it's harder to wake up these days. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience here. I decided with my new move I really needed a new matress. My sister and I had been to numerous stores trying mattresses and comparing prices. We both had found mattresses we loved, but in no way loved the prices we were encountering. We picked up our keys over the weekend and figured while we were in our new neighborhood we would try out this location based on the amazing yelp reviews. Upon arriving we were greeted by Ramin. We explained our individual matress needs (which are completely different ) and Ramin let us wander and try every matress in our personal needs. I had a good experience here. I hate sales people and to be honest, even with all the good reviews on Yelp, I could feel my anxiety rise as I walked in the door. The experience was very chill. I felt like my sales conversation was as if I'd met someone at a party who just happened to know a lot about beds. I told them what I was looking for and they had me try out about 5 different mattresses. They asked about my sleeping style and even gave some tips on better sleep posture. So I needed a mattress I'm a big 6ft4 long legs. Originally went to orthomatress the woman Miriam sucked tried to get me to buy crap. So went down the block to mattress stop Ramin was amazing looked for the best deal for us And looked for what suited me. Ramin got me the i series vantage mattress price matched it. Out of ALL the stores, his quote was the LOWEST for a pretty good quality mattress and base- unfortunately for me, it wasn't the one I wanted, and he didn't carry that brand/model, so I purchased elsewhere. If I had written this review right after I purchased the mattress I would have given it 5 stars, but the delivery of the mattress was a bit of a disaster. When I was in the store, the guy who helped me was amazing. He gave me and my good friend incredible deals and stayed open after closing to help us get everything we wanted. Only problem- he forgot to tell us that they only deliver on Wednesdays and Saturdays so I had to sleep on the floor for a bit. When I got the bed I was surprised at how soft it was, but when I told the delivery guys they told me I was wrong. A week later after my back hurt and I had to go to the chiropractor it turned out I had gotten the wrong bed! Apparently this is a common problem??? It was weird. BUT they were very prompt about getting me the new bed and fixing it so all in all I'll give them 4 stars. read more

My experience at Mattress Stop was absolutely wonderful. I was the only customer when I came in and Ramin helped me out right away. I was on a small budget so he went through the lowest cost models and I found a queen of a lovely quality within my price range. The delivery was quick, easy, and right on time. After the delivery, though, my card wouldn't go through and it turns out I was short the funds. I was stressed and quite honestly panicking about it, but Ramin was understanding and very sweet.
