Although there was two of them, only one attempted to move my existing California King from the master hitting my TV as the second dragged my new $4200 handmade California King across my driveway and living room of my house. One of the existing frames needed to be removed and they looked at me like I needed to do it even though I paid for "platinum" install. They didn't have tools so yes, I did it. If you have the ability, don't pay for added service. It is a waste of your money and just frustrates you.
