She didn't try to get me to buy more than I needed and gave pros and cons of the mattresses, pillows, and frames. The two men who delivered my mattress, pillow, and adjustable frame (maybe father and son??) were friendly and efficient. They removed my old mattress, boxspring, and frame for a small fee, which saved me from having to figure out how to dispose of it all. I am SO happy with my purchase, and so glad I went to Baer's! Granted, it is not structural damage; however, it is damaged nonetheless. I call the store. They want photos of the damage emailed to them. I did so while still on the phone with them. If they are to replace it, the earliest I can get a replacement is Tuesday. The employee said it is just cosmetic damage. Who cares!?!? If I buy a new car and it runs perfectly, but the front bumper is dented, does that mean I should be just as satisfied with my purchase? No! C'mon man! We were going to be out of town when our special order came in, so he arranged for a deferred delivery. When we got back into town, their delivery coordinator verified our information, discovered that the color of the foundation was not what we wanted, got the correct one in pronto, and arranged a no problem delivery and set up! He showed me different mattresses until I found one that suited my needs and my price range. I needed something firm but not too firm, I cant do memory foam (back problems) so he recommended something in between. I knew it was the right mattress from the moment I layed down on it. Firm but not to firm, soft but not too soft. Navid was very helpful and also hooked up the delivery, I was unable to make the first date so the dispatch was able to fit me in 2 days later with a 3hr window. The mattress came as expected with no stains or defects. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new mattress.
