I apologize for the delay in leaving this review. It was by no means due to a lack of desire to express my feelings about the experience I had at your store, but simply a matter of issues we had to deal with on our end. As far as the experience we had in your store...first off, let me say, it was my wife's idea to walk into your store. Previously, I had a lackluster experience in one of your stores, so Sleepy's wasn't on my radar. Thanks to my wife, we entered your store. We were immediately greeted by your employee by the name of Owen. I will simply say that his sales performance was exemplary. I myself, have been in sales for over 25 years, and I know excellence in sales when I see it. Owen was phenomenal with his sales pitch. Initially, we had told Owen that we were only looking for now. He wasn't dissuaded by that response. He professionally answered all our questions with authority, and showed great empathy regarding our situation. We had recently made an automobile purchase, so we weren't jumping through hoops to make another major purchase. Owen, very wisely, suggested that we finance the bed through Sleepy's via your offer of six months 0% financing. That definitely appealed to me. Between that tremendous offer, and the outstanding sales performance & friendly personality of Owen, the deal was solidified. Owen did his job & closed the deal for Sleepy's. He created a sale from basically nothing. Honestly, I had no intention of making a purchase at Sleepy's. Now, because of Owen, you now have brand new loyal customers. Please acknowledge the fact that Owen is an asset to your company, and deserves a word of praise from his superiors. Because of Owen, we will be back to make future purchases at Sleepy's.
