Totally recommend Mattress Warehouse. Especially because of the people - Matt and Kat were the best! We tried so many mattresses and Matt was so patient with us and gave us great recommendations. We're a tricky pair because I like firmer beds while my husband likes really soft ones! It took us a couple days to make a decision but once we did, Kat took great care of us. If I could write a review with 0 stars, I would. I ended up buying a mattress, bed frame, pillows, and mattress protector from Mattress Warehouse in Lavale. I ordered a Queen set. On delivery day, I received a queen mattress, a king bed frame, a king mattress protector. The pillows were correct (how can you screw those up). I contacted the store and was told to just put the mattress on the floor, it would be ordered and delivered the following Wednesday or Thursday (I can't remember the exact day). I never got the call the night before for the delivery, so I contacted them the day of alleged delivery and they told me it wouldn't be delivered until next week. It wasn't ordered. So I finally received the correct bed frame, but 2 months later, have not received the mattress protector. I was told the mattress protector was ordered and the manager (Cat, who placed the initial order) said that she would personally put it in the mail and have it delivered to my home when it comes. I have attempted to call Mattress Warehouse in Lavale, many times they do not answer the phone. The couple times they did answer the phone, I was told, its on backorder, or I will have to call the manager, she is off today, and I will call you back. I never received the call back. I have attempted to contact the store at different times of the day, no answer. I have even called every hour during their hours of 10am-9pm-no answer. I have contacted customer service who gave me the number for the regional manager (Winston). Winston has been contacted, I left messages for Winston, Winston never returned my calls either. Customer service at one point told me that the mattress protector wasn't even ordered. I now have the number of another manager, who I have called and left a message for, still waiting on this phone call. Overall, if you would like a great experience and would like the correct sizes ordered, don't go to Mattress Warehouse. read more

Adrienne was super helpful and friendly. She talked about all the different types of mattresses and what would be the best benefits for me. I felt she enjoys helping folks. And shows concern about getting the right bed to fit their needs. She got me a great deal and price. Thanx ladies I will definitely enjoy my new bed!!! read more

selection semi limited(limited space though)also id say little pricey for me. The man working is very nice but pushy To make a sale. I clearly was trying to be nice and leave. Yes,I liked a mattress but I was shopping around. This was the second place I had gone. But he said "this sale had been scheduled to end Sunday but was extended for a uncertain time and I should put $5 down to hold the price. Which was a good idea,were I going to actually buy a bed there. Everything about me and my body language and saying "well I am still looking around and I may want to bring my husband in" should have told him i was trying to leave. ended up putting $5 down just so I could leave. I am able to go back in and get it back. It's totally refundable,but I'm questioning if it's worth the hassle. Also i did the bed thing where it tells you what bed types work best after you lie down and it calculates. I never once saw on the paper it printed out,what it said. Nor did he tell me what kind it says would be good for me. Just showed me 5 models and told to try them. Not sure if they do that with everyone or not. Of corse it got talked up to the best and most expensive serta there. $1400 for a twin XL in the nice bed. I would not really recommend this place to any one unless you know exactly what one you want. And possibly want it that day if they have it in stock,store is very clean. I just personally didn't have a good time in the 25 mins I spent there. Update:they did call and offer me a discount due to my unpleasant visit to the store. Lady was polite and genuine.
