We did our homework for sure, we have had experience with the Tempupedic mattress in the past but this one knocks it out of the park. My side of the bed we ended purchasing was the top of the line Tempupedic because I have health issues and this bed does so much to help support that. I've had chronic back pain for years, decades even. With this new bed in the zero gravity position it's not been an issue. I also suffer froms swollen ankles at night and in the zero gravity position that's gone as well. The message features are also over the top. With the Tempurpedic app you can track all aspects of your sleep. If you can spend a bit more money you can make a big difference in your overall well being. I bought an inexpensive mattress from Mattress Magastore about a year ago. It came with a ten year…read morewarranty! Within the last month the mattress has become so uncomfortable and unsupportive that my husband and I can't even stand up straight when it's time to get up in the morning. It's so bad that we've resorted to sleeping on an air mattress... Which is much more comfortable!! I called today to hopefully start a warranty replacement. I spoke to Dan. He was so friendly and helpful. We've scheduled an appointment for an inspection on Friday. They will bring a new mattress to switch it out with should they find it is eligible for a warranty. So far customer service has been great! Just as it was when we bought the mattress. I'm a bit nervous for the results on Friday, but I will update my review at that point! I don't know what they look for in the inspection, but I can tell you that the mattress has changed since we bought it and has gone from great to terrible... We will see!
