They tell you the mattress won't sag and that there is a great warranty. The warranty IS long but because of the way they design the mattress you will most likely never qualify for the warranty. The springs compress making the bed uncomfortable but the foam on top will always expand so that when you measure per their warranty instructions it shows no sag. Save yourself discomfort and thousands of dollars and go somewhere else.

We later decided we trusted her and liked her style as well as the fact that they can deliver so quickly. They delivered just as promised. They were just a little late but Zoe called early in the day to inform us of this which was greatly appreciated. Great delivery and nice gentleman. Upon unpacking and putting it together I noticed there was a 1" long dent on the desk top edge. I called Cypress and they immediately delivered a new one out and picked up the damaged one. It was painless. I dealt with Zoe there. Upon her follow up phone call to make sure everything was ok. I told her everything was good. Better than good. I was impressed with their service regarding a $370 desk that I ordered an Ashley matching King size sleigh bed frame from them. A $1250 purchase. Zoe said it would be delivered within 2 weeks as they had to wait on it from Ashley. Which was the normal time frame from other companies. Promptly they delivered, set it up on the second floor and hauled the packing and boxes away. I have nothing but good to recommend Cypress Furniture.
